Author's Note.

Yes I am not dead.
I know what I have done.
But thank you so much for all the love.
I am updating the second chapter of this book.
It's going to be a bit confusing because 1. Its been almost a year since I wrote my first chapter.
2. Because this chapter has taken place melliniums ago in another different place.
So DO NOT GET CONFUSED.
YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THIS PART'S IMPORTANCE IN THE FOLLOWING CHAPTERS.
I WILL WRITE MORE AND UPDATE MORE OFTEN.
( ITS HARD TO BELIEVE I KNOW)
(ILL MAKE IT UP I PROMISE)

Recap:

It was one of those days where it was so cold that every breath you take is almost as painful as getting hit with a
snowstorm repeatedly until the pain almost becomes numb.

Everyone hated the  rainy season. The wind was cold and it slaps you right across the face when you least expect it to. It was a torturous feel .

But I was not like most of the people of Ravenshill.  In fact I was nothing like them .  Every single woman in the kingdom looked the exact same way . They were all starved to death thin . They had ungodly amount of make up on , that usually made my eyes cringe everytime I come across one and  If not for my firm rule against not dressing up with sheer so called "silks"I was sure their would be not a thong that would cover their modesty!

The women were all  about 5.9 tall with pale death kissed skin and white snow blonde hair just above their shoulder blades.  If not for their eye colors I was sure I would have utterly been lost .

The men where nothing different,  they were all tall , their muscles too big that I sometimes wonder what will happen if they snap .  They were all pale skinned as well .

If there was one thing that I hated more than the kingdom which I ruled itself, it would be my people's skin tone. It reminded me of my past.
It reminded me of 'him'.

The reason why I love these deadly cold weather is because on a day like this  10 years back , I put an end to him and won my freedom .

Yes, I killed the king of Ravenshill and I won my freedom.

Chapter 2.

Second millennium.
1401 BC.

Soul snatching  thunders boomed  like a man's worst nightmare  . The wind kept picking up it's speed with every passing second it became stronger and stronger.
Even the clouds were joining in as they glared daggers into our poor land.
Danger.
They all screamed danger .
But I knew that nothing could be far more dangerous than the man right in front of me .
Dressed in raw rays of the sun .White, just like his soul. Yet , powerful. Usually, the assumptions made by the humans is that the color of the mighty sun is yellow. well, they are wrong . Just like they are in so many other ways . The rays of the sun are pure white . The kind of white that will blind anyone who looks in its way ."  Humans " i sighed deeply before looking at the man who we all look up to.
The man who is my father.
His stature was rigid and for the first time in a long while  he sat their in his elegant golden thrown  with one of his hands holding his deep frown etched face in them. His head bowed down.  Our king's head bowed down . My heart twisted itself with unexplainable  pain . Rage did no justice to what i felt in that moment. I wanted to unleash my wrath upon the person who was the reason behind his sadness. He looked troubled . This man whom i loved and vowed to serve looked betrayed and hurt and I wanted nothing more than to make him feel better.
