Sebastian-
Three Years Later . . .
They dropped me off at the bridge where it all started, yelling and telling me to think about what I had done. I stormed away, across the bridge. Heading back to the most affordable neighborhood in the city. I didn't have any money, I knew I would have to live on the streets for a while.
As I was making my way across the bridge I saw someone standing on the edge of the bridge, a young woman, around my age. Tall and skinny but cowering in fear, she looked my way, an eye that had seen more than they could handle was what I saw. She looked back out to the water, "I'm going to jump" she told me. She bent her knees, ready to leap off but I grabbed her arm.
"Wait," I told her, "I made this mistake a long time ago, please don't jump. You will regret it." She hesitantly got down from the bridge, we walked to the neighborhood park and began to talk. I felt so much better. I felt like a hero, I had saved someone's life, and this all happened from death. All from Vanessa's death. From her death I had found my life. The only reason I was living and that the girl I was with was alive was because of death. A child of death. Life on death.
