Pallavi picks out a sky blue chiffon saree and a white blouse to go with the saree. As she blow dries her hair, she practices the conversations she might have with Rajesh's parents. The way Rajesh used to describe his parents, she figured his mother to be soft person and his father as a caring person with a little tough exterior. He used to always tell her that his mother always felt the absence of a girl child in the house and would always pray for a girl child as her grandchild. The reason behind her choosing a blue green saree was, one Rajesh's mother's favorite color was blue green secondly because saree depicts traditionalism. She finishes her look with a matching blue bindi.

'I did a pretty decent job dressing up' runs through her mind as she looks at herself in her mirror. As in all weekends, her roommate had gone to visit her hometown. From the time she got into a relationship, she would rarely make plans with her roommate. Just at the moment, her phone rings up. Without looking at her screen, she picks up, knowing Rajesh is calling, probably to tell that he is waiting downstairs.

"Hey Pallavi. I am waiting down. Come on" he tells, telling the exact words Pallavi thought he would speak.

"Two minutes Rajesh. Love you." she replies, hanging up and taking a final look in the mirror, making sure she didn't miss anything. Before heading down, she takes a look though her window, hiding behind her curtain. She looks at Rajesh waiting downstairs in his bike, donning a black tee and blue jeans and finishing it off with converse, she gifted him last month.

'Wow Rajesh is looking awesome. He remembered my favorite attire on him' she thinks as she ogles him. Wanting to surprise him, she waits for him to get busy on his phone, so that he cannot look at her though the gap in her floor portigo, where they would usually bid their last goodbye's, for she wanted to surprise him with her attire. Rajesh always used to say that a girl looks at her best in a saree, as it accentuates her structure in the best way, all the while keeping up with the tradition and being decent. So she had planned that he must not look at her in the portigo, for it will spoil the surprise she planned. Lucky for her, Rajesh seemed pretty engrossed in his phone, playing some dumb game. Pallavi stepped out her house, stopping in her portigo for a couple seconds, to see whether Rajesh turns his head in that direction. To her dismay, he doesn't and is fully immersed in his game.

'Wow he seems pretty engrossed in his game' she decides before huffing down the stairs. She gets down to the lobby and leans out, to see whether now he is looking in her direction, only to be disappointed again. 'Need to snatch the stupid phone away from him later' she huffs angrily as she trod's down the lobby. She heads str4aight to Rajesh and goes for his phone and successfully snatches it away from him.

"Hey what the...." Rajesh is cut off at that exact moment, as turns his head towards the person who snatched his phone in the middle of a heated pool game with. He is awestruck, looking at Pallavi. Donned in a sky blue saree, she looks no less that a goddess. With the small blue bindi in her fore head, her nails painted in teal blue, contrasting her saree in the best way. He can look that she is little angry with him and is actually saying something to him, but her beauty is blocking out all her words.

'She looks so cute, all angry at me over the dumb game. Man I love her to death.' flashes through his mind as s small smile creeps its way in his face.

"Wow Rajesh. I am asking you, Is your phone more important than your girlfriend and you are smiling" breaks Rajesh away from his trance. Knowing that she getting angrier the minute, Rajesh needed a quick solution. He cups her face and plants a small peck in her lips. She is taken aback by his sudden daring, wanting to scold him more. But the sudden soft kiss takes away all her anger. All she manages to do his playfully swat him in the arm.
