************************************The jerk of the car stopping in the parking lot brings Rajesh back from reminiscing all the past events. He look around, to get into the moment.
"Hey buddy boy, we are here. Come on, lets go" Tarun speaks up, as he reaches for his bag in the back seat. Rajesh follows him suit, though he keeps silent all the way into the lobby. Tarun speaks with the receptionist, enquiring about their time slot. The receptionist tells them to proceed up right away as Mr. Akash Subramanian is waiting for them in his cabin. Tarun thanks her, making his way to Rajesh, nudging him to move. All the while, Rajesh is seeming distant, his thoughts travelling back to Pallavi's texts from yesterday night.

"Yo, wake up man. we are in the floor. We might start with the presentation pretty soon. Jeez man" Tarun shakes up Rajesh, as the elevator reaches the floor and they make thier way out.
"I am allright dude. Lets rock the presentation" Rajesh assures him, as they make thier way into the conference room, with most of the dignitaries already present inside. They then spend the next 30 minutes in the presentation, trying to sell their product. Unfortunately for them, none of the members of the meeting seem intrested. They are sent away like last time, with Mr. Akash following them.
"Don't worry guys. You did great in there. Its just that wih recent budgeting, we are not in a place to accept new ventures. I would have not have agreed for this meeting if my father had told me about this in the first place itself. He agreed that day. That is why I called you. I am sorry" Mr. Akash explains as, they all wait for the elevator.
"Its ok Mr. Akash. You are not at fault. We were short on the specs. That is the reason why were rejected." Rajesh assures him.
"No. Its not just about that. We have been letting people go in many departments. Its just that this quarter, we haven't been making much profit as last time." Mr.Akash explains.
"Its okay. We understand" Tarun replies, sounding low.
"I am telling you, we made a right decision in handling your return with market shares. Otherwise, my father would have made me cut you guys off too, like we did with other small outsourcing projects" Mr. Akash tries to uplift their mood.
"Oh. well we were guided by a good mentor" Rajesh replies, shaking hands with Akash, before entering the elevator.
"Sorry man I let you down. If I had presented with more vigor, we would have bagged the offer" Rajesh explains to Tarun, putting his hand on his shoulder.
"Its ok dude. We did our best. Lets just have smoke and head back. We have some work to do" Tarun replies, coming back to his cheery self. They head back to their office, to work on remaining projects, while Rajesh drops a text to his realtor Mr. Sharma, to scout for some good apartments and get back to him. The rest of the day heads as usual with the trio immersed into their systems. They break off for the day and head home.

At the Khuranna dinner.
"Pretty soon we will have to think about getting our Rajesh hitched." Mrs. Khuranna speaks up, as she takes a chappathi for herself.
"You are right. I will talk to my brother. I think Sheila would be a perfect choice" Mr. Khuranna answers, while throwing a glance towards Rajesh.
"Haha dad. Good Joke." rajehs replies witha smirk as smears butter in his chappathi, stretching for the peri-peri spice.
"Well I would like to meet Pallavi again. We both had a really good chat last time" Mrs. Khuranna answers.
"I will talk to her about it. She also has been saying to meet upwith you mom. She wants to learn my favorites" Rajesh replies, shoving his spicy roll into his mouth.
"What about her parents? Did she talk to them. We all have to sit together and have formal meeting Rajesh" Mr. Khuranna replies.
"Her parents are ok with her moving on. Actually they are all the more happy."Rajesh replies, after gulping his food.
"Yes Rajesh. Talk to Pallavi and set ameeting for us parents." his mother adds on.
"Yeah. Anyway, Dad when did you move out of Grandparents house?" Rajesh asks his father.
"The next day I got to know we were having you." he replies.
"Ohhh"
"Why are you asking about that suddenly?" Mrs. Khuranna asks.
"I just wanted to know about the family tradition" Rajesh brushes off, shoving more chappathi into his mouth, so that his father doesn't read any of his stress.
"Hmmm" his father just humms in reply. Finishing the dinner, Rajesh heads to his room, and checks his phone for messages. He has received some Pallavi and one from Mr. Sharma about complying his request and sending him some address. He decides to check them out tommorow anad send a message to Mr. Sharma regarding which one he would like to see first and the tentative time to meet.
