*A Little While Earlier*
--- Mal's Hospital Room ---
Michael's POV:
My- I guess our parents left to interview those monsters that took Mal away. I'm going to protect her with my life. Good luck to her future boyfriend.
We're siting in Mal's room, waiting for her to wake up. I continued to hold her hand, I'm not letting go until she wakes up, no matter what.
Although, I haven't peed since after lunch, it's worth it. I don't want her to wake up without me. My thoughts were interrupted, by small movement in my hand.
I saw her similar beautiful green eyes.
Mal: Mikey, where am I?
Michael: Hey superstar. You're in a hospital.
Luke: I'll go get the doctors
--- 5 Minutes Later ---
Mal's team of doctors entered her room.
Michael: Mal these are your doctors, Dr. Gavin is our primary physician. Dr. Carter is your orthopedic surgeon, and Dr. Camilla is your gynecologist.
She scrunched her nose at the last doctor, which caused Camilla to chuckle.
Camilla: I know. When I was your age I hated hearing about stuff like that.
A small chuckle escaped from Mal. Then we all looked at Gavin.
Gavin: How are we feeling Mal?
Mal: I'm okay, maybe a little hungry.
Carter: The nurses can bring you something.
Ashton: What can she eat?
Gavin: She can eat any solid food.
Ashton: Okay, I'll be back.
Mal: Ash-
Ashton: Let me take care of it.
Gavin: We'll let you visit. Let us know if you need anything.
Michael: Thanks Gavin.
We talked and joked until Ashton came in. He had a bag and cup in his hand.
Ashton: Jamie told me to tell you, to get better faster. That way these can be fresh.
He handed her, her favorite from Jamie's.
Mal: A peanut butter banana milkshake, and fries. Thanks Ashy!
Ashton: *Giggles* No problem. I love the nickname.
Mal: *blush rises* Sorry.
Ashton: I was serious, I like it.
Mal: Oh, good.
We continued our visit. Although, I was kinda distracted from the conversation. I had the interview in the back of my mind. I hope those people are locked away, for a very long time. Mal interrupted my rage-filled daydream.
Mal: What all did I miss while I was out, today?
