Mal's POV:
-A Month Later-
It's been a month since Ariana and Jake's visit. We are going to stay in contact.
We finished our junior year last week. Time for a summer full of fun!
A lot has happened to us since I got here. We decided to be lazy the first week of summer. Then the major fun can begin.
This first week has consisted of lounging at each other's houses. Playing lots of music, watching movies, and uploading on our channels.
Right now we're having a "jam-sesh" as Ashton likes to call it. We finished "The A Team" and are moving onto "Jasey Rae". We were interrupted by Mum, Dad, and Aunt Lana coming down the stairs.
Colin: You sound great.
Michael: Thanks, we try.
Luke: What's up, you guys never come down here?
Lana: You're right.
Calum: So what's going on?
All three adults had big smiles on their faces.
Aspen: What's with the big smiles?
Jen: Remember when Colin and I went on the trip a few weeks ago?
Mal: Yeah?
Colin: We went to look at a house.
Jen & Colin: We bought a house!
Michael & Mal: We're moving!?!?!
Michael and I jumped from the couch. I felt Luke intertwined our hands.
Colin: We aren't moving.
Mal: Why did you buy a house?
We slowly sat back on the couch. I made sure not to let go of Luke's hand.
Jen: The three of us bought a holiday home.
Colin: We are going on holiday!
Lana: For the whole summer!
None of us knew where they were going with this. So none of us got excited yet.
Jen: We're taking you all with us!
We all stood up with giant smiles on our faces.
Ashton: When do we leave?
Jen: Seven tomorrow morning.
Colin: I'm getting the old RV out and we are driving down to North Carolina.
We all cheered.
Lana: What are you waiting for?....Go pack!
We ran upstairs, but I was held back by Luke.
Mal: What's up, Babe?
He kissed me very passionately.
Mal: What was that for?
Luke: I thought I was going to lose you.
I gave him a small peck on the cheek.
Mal: You can't get rid of me that easily, Pookie.
His cheeks turned bright red, and I laughed
Luke: Pookie? *Laughs*
Mal: *shrugs* It was an in the moment name.
Luke: I like it.
Mal: No you don't.
Luke: No I don't.
We laughed.
