JUNGKOOK's POV

"So Lisa, when will you come back?" Rose asked.

Suddenly, a moment of silence enveloped the whole scenario. No one dared to speak as we are waiting for Lisa to answer Rose's question. On the other hand, I felt Lisa got hesitant to speak back. Is there still something wrong with her? I panicked as I immediately grabbed my phone from Rose's hand.

"Hey Lisa, are you okay? Is there something you want to tell us?" I asked, anxiety starting to build up.

"Nothing's wrong Kookie. I'm fine." she answered, making me sure that everything was alright.

"Are you sure?"

"I am. Just like my love for you" she replied back as I heard her giggled after. Damn! I wasn't expecting that.

"Ooooooooooooh!" our friends teased. I blushed not knowing what to response.

"Don't say something like that Lisa. I might go there and do what your father forbids us" I whispered my latter sentence as I clicked off the 'speaker' button'. I really want to see her.

"Ya Jeon Jungkook!" she yelled which made me relieve and smile crazily. Imagination of her and her blushing cheeks came through my mind.

"Guys! Volume up. We can't hear you!" Jennie begged, shaking me from my on-feet position.

"Okay okay" still laughing with our own conversation, I put the speaker on again and gave my phone to Jennie.

"I want you to know guys that I'm still in the hospital. But no need to worry, I'm feeling alright now. And so tomorrow, my physician will be here to check my body condition. Hopefully, I'll be discharged soon." she informed us.

"You will, Princess. Rest more so you get completely better soon." Taehyung chimed in. I'm used to it, him calling Lisa a princess. Might as well I will tell him later, he should call me Prince.

"Thank you Tae."

"Uhm, you might want to congratulate your boyfriend. He just got accepted in Juilliard" Taehyung brought up which made Lisa to squeal.

"Omo. Really? Congratulations Kookie! I shouldn't act so surprised cause from the very start, I knew you'll be accepted. I'm so happy for you." she said as I heard her sniffed. Is she crying?

"Hey, are you crying?"

"Yes. Tears of joy. I'm so proud of you. Very very proud." My heart smiled for me as I listened to the tone of her voice.

"You know if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't make it. So thank you Lisa. I wish you were here with me, with us, right now" my tears were threatening to fall as I tried to hold them back. Meanwhile, the three girls were crying in happiness, already.

We continued to talk to Lisa over the phone the whole night. As much as we wanted not to end the call, Lisa was the first one to bid us a goodbye. She was aware that it was already past 12 here in Seoul and we'll still be having school tomorrow.

"I'll get back with you all again soon. Goodnight for now." Lisa, ending the call. I was supposed to say something before she hung up, but again, the long beeping tone cut me off.

I was expecting she would tell me something I wanted to hear right before I go to sleep but, never mind. What matters most to me now, was that she was doing fine. Absentmindedly staring at my phone, I just whispered the words to myself.
