Lily tipped toed into the house, even if she was an adult her parents may be upset over her coming home so late. She shut the door with care and quietly took her shoes off. She breathed onto her hand to get a whiff of her breath. Of course, it smelled like wine.
No one seemed to be up still, so she hurried to her room. It was difficult to quietly shut her door, since the door had been creaking for over fifteen years. Her parents never fixed the creak in hopes they could catch Lily if she ever snuck out.
Did she ever sneak out? No, she never wanted to risk getting caught. She planned to sneak out once and opened her door one night to use the bathroom. Her parents hadn't woken up and heard her, but she still ended up chickening out.
When Lily got in her room she turned on the light and quickly popped a mint into her mouth and went to feed her fish. She sprinkled the fish food flakes into the water and watched as Ms. Gold the Third opened her tiny fish mouth and ate them.
"You wouldn't believe the night I've had," Lily whispered to her fish. Lily happily laid her head on her desk, watching her fish. Tomorrow more happiness would continue.
Lily pulled her phone out of her pocket and set her alarm for 5 am.
The things I do for you, Hoseok. Lily smiled softly as she placed her phone face down on the desk. Lily's eyes fluttered closed as she fell asleep.

As expected, the sound of her phone alarm woke her up at 5am. She quickly turned off the alarm as she pushed herself off her desk and stretched. Not the best place to sleep for the night. She got out of her chair and started looking at bags to bring to the venue. She had looked at the rules of allowed bags, and she clearly remembered backpacks weren't allowed. She let out a sigh as she grabbed a panda bag from the back of her closest. It seemed big enough to fit whatever she needed.
She rubbed the back of her neck as she put the bag on the bed and began searching for whatever else she needed. Phone, battery pack, disposable water bottle, a few granola bars, and her wallet.
She didn't have an ARMY Bomb, but she figured a lot of people wouldn't either. There was a possibility of her getting inside early for the sound check. Lily wondered if she would be lucky enough or if her ticket even counted towards that since it was sent to her so far in advanced.
Lily changed into unrestrictive, comfortable clothing and changed into comfortable shoes. She carefully grabbed her goldfish bowl, the fish food, and her panda bag and quietly made her way downstairs. She would leave Ms. Gold the Third on the counter for one of her parents to feed.
Lily was out of the house by 5:45am and at the venue at 6:15am, she was lucky enough to miss all the traffic and zip right through. Lily quickly paid for a parking spot, and hurried to line up, panda bag in hand. Luckily, even though it was early morning, it wasn't that cold, she couldn't wait for the fall weather to finally settle in. Fall was her favorite season, not too hot, not too cold, and she was able to wear her assortment of jackets and sweaters.
Lily looked for the back of the line, it wasn't too far back from the venue doors. She glanced at the many... many... teenage girls and young women already sitting. Some had blankets having stayed over night. Lily calculated there was 200 - 300 people already waiting, which was good, she beat the rush. She quickly joined the line, she waved and smiled to the young ARMYs in front of her, they just gave her a tired look. Perhaps they're not used to waking up so early.
Lily on the other hand had a pep in her step, she was in a bright mood. She pulled out her phone for a moment to check the time. 6:34am. Her finger lingered over the kakao app.
