A boy who likes to party and have fun at all times is exactly what Katie doesn't want in her life at the moment. Not when she's a sophomore, trying to get a 4.0 and be a fashion designer.
But there's something about Adam Decker that she can't stay...
Ivy laughed at something at her phone before she bit her lips and typed away.
"Okay, that's it," I spun around from my sewing machine and rolled towards her on the bed.
"Who is he?" I demanded and she looked up at me.
"What?"
"It's been weeks and you still haven't talked about this mysterious boy you've been texting. And he seem to be the funniest guy on the planet." I pointed at her phone.
She let out a sigh before returning to her phone. "I don't know what you're talking about,"
Before she could stop me, I grabbed the phone out of her hand to have a look and she lunged towards me. I pushed myself back on my chair to put some distance between us as I tried to read some of her texts.

Before I could scroll up, her phone was yanked out of my hands and she glared at me.
"What the fuck is your problem?" She snapped before pocketing her phone.
I stared at her in shock and she took a seat on my bed before letting out a long sigh.
The text themselves were fine. It was the picture of a girl in the contact icon that threw me way off.
"Ivy you tell me everything," I stared at her.
"Not everything," she muttered.
"You tell me the color of your bowel movements. Yes, you tell me everything." I emphasized.
"Well," She said under her breath. "I need to make sure I'm healthy."
"You, you like girls now?" I frowned in confusion.
"I can't alternate Katie, I've always liked girls." She said and I stared at her.
She looked up at me before shrugging. She didn't say anything else. She just stared at me and let me process things.
"What do you mean?" I asked like an idiot.
"It's not rocket science."
"All these years, you've dated boys and you suddenly like girls? You've had at least three boyfriends."
"All of which I ended things because I didn't have genuine feeling for them." She explained and I stood up from my chair. I always assumed it was because she was picky with guys not because she was never into them.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked in confusion.
"Because I didn't want you to freak out!" She stood up too and I looked at her.
"I'm not freaking out, I'm pissed that you thought that you couldn't tell me!"
