Jughead x Reader

Baby Shower.

I put on some everyday clothes and made my way to the dinner, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead were talking.

"Poor Moose. Will he be okay?" Betty asks.

"His name is Moose. He'll be fine." I say sitting beside Veronica. Archie rushes in quickly after.

"Dude, what the hell? I've been texting you." He said directed at Jughead.

"Archie, Jughead told us what happened," Betty said.

"Though I checked out at the words "construction" and "site," Veronica said.

"Moose and I are going to the Southside to look for those serpents," Archie said.

"Woah. Archie, why are you assuming the serpents did it?" I asked.

"It's not for sure it was serpents." Jughead said.

"Its still worth a shot if it might help my dad." Archie said.

"Fine. I'm going with you." I said.

"No. Besides Kevin's boyfriend said he could try and get us in."

"If Moose spots them, we can call Sheriff Keller and get these goons arrested," Archie said. I started to tune it out after that. The Serpents were my second family, and if I get called out at the bar or they get beat up for their witch hunt everyone is screwed.

"Tell you what I'll go by myself, you guys stay here?" I said.

"No way. The people there are dangerous." Archie said.

"I can handle myself." I say.

"I agree with Arch, Y/N. You could get hurt." Jughead said. Betty and Veronica both look at me.

"Are you coming to the baby shower, Y/N?" Veronica asked trying to lighten the mood.

"Yeah, definitely, I'll see you there." I smile. Archie quickly got up and left to the south. I just sat there shaking my head.

We stayed at the dinner for a while, about 3:00 we split ways and went to get ready.

When I got home, my mother left a (favorite color (F/C) dress on my bed. I put it on along with a pair of nude color heals, I did some light make up.

"You look nice." I turned around startled.

"Nice to see you, Jughead Jones. What did I tell you about using the door?" I asked. He shrugged.

"I made my choice. You or no one." Jughead said. I smiled.

"Kiss another girl and I'll beat you down, Jones." I said.

"We don't wanna be late." He stuck out an arm.

"My lady." He smiled. We made our way there, Jughead did a lot of helping out, while I socialized with Polly.

"So you and Jughead?" Polly asked. I smiled and blushed lightly.

"You've had a crush on him since you were eight, so I'm not surprised." She laughed.

"I'm really happy for you, you and the baby." I smiled.

"I chose Betty to be the godmother." Her smile got even bigger. I hugged her, we pulled away, to see Alice Cooper walk in. Betty walked up to us.

"Polly look moms here." She smiled. Betty took the gift and Alice smiled at her Polly.

"I'm so glad that your here and that you're safe." Alice smiled and nodded.

"You and the baby."

"Oh, mom." Polly said, then hugged her mother. All of a sudden the door opened.
