Luke's POV

When I got home that evening, I just let myself fall on the couch. I was tired. I was done. And most of all, I felt broken. My poor little sister was carrying so much sadness with her but managed to hide it for everyone. Even Rachel and Tina.

"Willow?"

"Yes?"

I looked behind me. "I need you." I patted the spot next to me.

She seemed kind of suspicious but walked to me anyway. But instead of sitting next to me, she sat in front of me, on the coffee table. "What's wrong? What happened?"

"Nick told us he raped Blair."

Willow sighed.

"But you knew that."

She nodded.

"Did Blair tell you that? Or did you read her mind?"

"The latter," She leaned back. "She tried telling me, but couldn't say it out loud. So I read her mind. I was truly upset by that news."

I looked down. "Me too."

"She didn't deserve that."

"I know." I looked up at her. "I should've been there for her."

"True," Willow let out a sigh. "But you wouldn't have believed her anyway." She got up then. "Your friends were holy back then, remember?"

I looked down again, realizing she was right. I treated my sister so badly, and what for? She should've been my top priority, no one else. If only I could go back in time...

I looked up at her, seeing her stand in front of Blair's picture. It was the one picture my family chose to remember Blair by.

Willow took it in her hands, with one hand she carefully went over it as if not to hurt the picture. "You really loved her, didn't you?"

Willow let out a breath. "I felt bad for her," She then looked at me. "But she was my first love. And my only love."

"Willow, what are you?"

She put the picture down before giving me her full attention. "Now's not the right time, is it Luke?"

"Please," I couldn't help but sniffle again. I just wanted the drama to stop. "I just need an answer. I need to know what you are, what you did to Blair and what you're going to do to me."

Willow seemed taken back by my questions. "Now's not the time." She then vanished into thin air.

"No, come back!" I got up, running to the spot she was just at. "Willow? Willow please." I looked around, but when I saw she was nowhere, I got angry. "Coward!"

I woke up the next day by the doorbell. I groaned before going downstairs. I walked straight to the door and opened it, seeing Rachel and Tina.

"Morning, Luke." Rachel said as she got in, patting my shoulder in the process.

"Morning." Tina followed behind her. They both went to the kitchen and sat down at the dining table. "So how are you?"

I sat down as well, sighing in the process. "Not good."

"Me either." Rachel buried her face in her hands. "We were so blind that we didn't see the signs."

"No one saw them," Tina started, making Rachel and I look at her. "Don't be too hard on yourself."

"Why didn't she tell anyone? Why didn't she come to me?" Rachel looked down again, shaking her head. "I would've handled it."

I shrugged. "I guess we weren't good enough."

Tina looked away. "There's nothing we can do about that anymore. Even if we'd go to the police, there's no physical evidence." She then looked down. "And even if there was, police won't believe her. It'd be her word against Nick's, and since he knows how to manipulate people..."

I looked at Tina. "It sounds as if you have experienced something like that...?" She shrugged and with that I knew enough. "I'm so sorry." I patted her shoulder. "It won't happen again."

"Says who?"

"Me," I started to which she looked at me. "I'll keep you safe."

She showed me a small smile. "Thank you."

I smiled back but then looked at Rachel. "We need to get revenge on Nick," I said to which she looked at me. "For Blair."

She slowly nodded. "What do you have in mind?"

I shrugged. "For starters, I want to clear Blair's name."

Rachel nodded more confident now. "Everyone has to know she did nothing wrong, Nick's the monster that killed her."

"And how are you going to do that?" Tina asked. "We have nothing against him."

"That's where you're wrong," Rachel reached for her bag. She pulled something out of it. "We have Blair's phone, we have the list where it's clear that Nick and Blair had a lot of contact."

Tina nodded, seemingly happy with that news.

I was nodding as well when I saw Willow appear behind them, she didn't seem convinced at all. She shook her head and made a heart with her hands. For a moment I didn't understand what she was saying until she acted out more things.

My eyes widened. "What if Nick tells everyone he was dating Blair? He'd come across as the boyfriend who lost his girlfriend..."

Rachel and Tina sighed. "I hadn't thought of that..." Rachel buried her face in her hands. "I hate that guy!"

"We'll figure something out," Tina patted Rachel's shoulder. She then looked at me. "We have to make him say what he did to Blair, we should record it."

I slowly nodded. "He won't tell us anything," I motioned to Rachel and I. "He knows I hate him now and he tried getting on to Rachel."

"I'll do it," Tina looked down, she seemed to think about something. "For Blair."

Rachel held on to Tina's hand. "Are you sure?"

Tina nodded. "Let's get ready for this. The sooner he's caught, the better." She got up, already getting ready to leave to school.

"I'll get dressed quickly, give me a few minutes." I looked at Willow, motioning her to follow me. Then we went to my room.
