Rachel's POV

I knocked on the front door, expecting to see Luke open the door, but was surprised to see Tina open it.

"Hey Rachel." She smiled at me.

Luke then came into view, ready to go to school. "We're ready."

He and Tina came outside, Luke locked his front door before walking to his car. We followed after him.

"So why were you already here, Tina?" I asked as we were driving to school. "Is there something going on?"

"I was just early." She then smiled at me, and it seemed genuine so I didn't think anything of it.

We soon arrived at school.

"So, I've got the tape done," I took it out of my backpack, then handed it to Luke. "Everything Nick has said is on there."

Luke held the tape in a firm grip. "Justice."

I nodded.

We entered the building and went to our lockers, there we saw Nick's group but without Nick. The perfect chance.

I motioned to Luke, thankfully he got the hint. "Hey guys," He went to them. "I've got something to show you." He then walked off with them.

I sighed. "I hope that'll go well."

"It will", Tina smiled. "It has to."

During lunch, I went back to my locker. I rarely ate in the cafeteria anyway, usually Tina and I had lunch outside, in the school's garden.

So I was putting away all the unnecessary things and taking my lunch out of my locker. When I closed it, I gasped and dropped everything on the ground. "God, Nick!" I knelt down to take everything. "Why are you here?" I asked as I was up again, my lunch in my hands.

"Your stupid boyfriend took my friends away from me!"

I raised my eyebrows. "What do you mean?"

He then took me by the collar of my shirt and forcefully pushed me against the lockers. Because of the sudden action, I dropped my lunch once again onto the ground.

"Hey, let go!" I tried pushing him off but, of course, he was stronger. "Nick!"

He pushed me again against the locker. "What did he say to them?"

"Probably the truth."

He huffed. "He has nothing to back up his wild accusations."

I didn't reply, instead, I just looked at him.

"I'll figure this out," He then got closer to me, too close for my liking. "And if I find out who's responsible, I'll make their life a living hell. And then you can all follow Blair to hell!" He then pushed me against the lockers again before leaving.

I straightened my clothes before kneeling down to take my lunch. I then walked to the school's garden.

"Hey," I sat down in front of Tina, she was already eating her lunch. "I'm sorry I'm late."

She smiled at me. "It's fine."

I showed her a small smile before looking down.

"Hey," She reached for my hands before holding one of them in hers. "What's wrong? Everything alright?"

I sighed. "Nick came on to me."

Her eyes widened. "What did he do?"

"He threatened us," I then pulled my hand back. "I'm afraid he's going to do something crazy."

"Like?" She took another bite of her lunch.

I shrugged. If only I knew that... But I wasn't feeling good about Nick. The look in his eyes said a lot...

Luke's POV

After school, I was waiting by my car for Tina and Rachel. Rachel had come to my car with me but had gone back instead because she had forgotten a book.

I was standing next to my car. I could've gone inside, but it was a nice day today and a bit of fresh air would be good for me.

I closed my eyes, letting the environment relax my senses. And that worked until I suddenly opened my eyes, I still don't know why, and saw a fist coming straight to my face.

I fell down on the ground. Before I could process what was happening, I got kicked multiple times in the stomach. Each kick harder and angrier than the previous one.

"Stop!" I heard people gather around me, but the kicking didn't stop. "Stop, he's bleeding!"

I then closed my eyes and everything went dark.

When I opened my eyes again, I noticed only whiteness. For a brief moment, I wondered: Is this heaven?

But soon enough I knew where I was. "You're awake!" Tina hugged me tightly.

"Ah thankfully." Rachel sounded relieved.

Tina pulled back, finally giving me the opportunity to look around. I knew where I was, I was at school, and more specifically, in the nurse's office. I looked back at them. "What happened?"

"Nick started attacking you," Rachel sighed. "We tried stopping him but he managed to keep us on a distance."

Tina nodded slowly then looked at me. "Your friends helped."

"My friends?"I slowly rubbed my face, I could feel bandages. I groaned as I tried rearranging my position.

"Take it easy," Tina helped me lay down again. "You have to rest."

"My friends helped me?" I still couldn't believe that. "How?"

"They teamed up on Nick," Rachel smiled. "It finally got him to the principal's office."

"Your friends backed up our story." Tina continued, smiling as well.

Rachel nodded. "And when we let the principal hear the recording, he got the police involved and your parents were called."

"Nick will finally get what he deserves."

Rachel then patted my shoulder. "We did it."

"For Blair." Tina went on.

"For Blair." Rachel smiled and looked at me.

I slowly smiled. "For Blair." I got him for you, Blair, I hope you're proud of me.
