You had been missing for months no one really thought anything of it since before you were declared missing you went to visit your grandparents in New York.. It wasn't until The Black Hood came to be that everyone started to suspect something cause you said you'd be back no matter what but you didn't come back..
Jughead had tried calling you tons of times and you'd usually answer right away since he was your best friend and he was the only person you really cared about that lived in Riverdale besides your mom and the rest of the friend group
Jughead as well as your mom and some other friends became really worried since if you were to stay you would of contacted someone but you didn't which got everyone even more scared especially your mother
So when Betty decided to go all Nancy Drew she came across a video that was left at her front doorstep she was of course confused and wondered if she should watch it alone of along side her friends who've been trying to find you for months
She decided to watch it along her friends... Once everyone was together Betty pressed play and there you were you could tell this video was taking only twenty four hours ago but you were still beaten pretty bad and of course the person beating you up was Penny Peabody herself which left Jug in a mix of emotions since he saw his friend basically on the verge of death and also one of his enemies beating his best friends up

As soon as Jughead saw that video he made it his mission to find you and no he didn't tell anyone cause he knew why Peabody was doing this it was to get to him which he wasn't to fond of
After about four days he found you.. Peabody had put you at some random old warehouse on the wrong side of town once he got there he rushed inside like there was no tomorrow
Once he found he was relieved to see you were still alive and once again he rushed over to you.. You couldn't really see due to the lack of light but you did see a hand come toward you which made you flinch and move back even though you couldn't really move back anywhere and that's what really broke his heart you were scared of everything and anything at this point

You've never jumped into someone's arms so fast which made him chuckle a little and he was happy you were just tied up by some rope cause he couldn't deal with the whole hand cuff thing
After he untied you he picked you up and you grabbed onto him as if your life depended on it which made him give you a small sad smile
He walked out of the warehouse and put you into the truck then made his way to the hospital once he got there he made sure you were seen then called everyone and they were all down at the hospital pretty fast especially your mom
