It was hard being apart of The Northside and Southside
You were born a northsider but became good friends with the Southside kids and even began dating one... Toni Topaz was her name
You knew your mom would never approve of you dating a Southside Serpent hell she barely even accepted the fact you were friends with Jughead
It was Pickens Day and you were walking around with your mom who was still giving you a lecture about being friends/ a girlfriend of a Southside Serpent but you brushed her off which she wasn't to fond of
You walked away from her finding Betty Chic and Alice who all smiled at you well not so much Chic but Alice and Betty
Alice was like a second mom to you since You and Betty were the best of friends ever since Kindergarten
Once you made it over Betty hugged you and you hugged back you also hugged Alice and did a small smile to Chic who returned the gesture

You turned your head and saw the Southside kids and some adults walk over to where Hiram and them were while holding signs and having duck tape over their mouths

You promised that you'd be there for her and stand up with her but she also knew you were scared of your mom and would back down but you didn't
You brushed your moms hands of your shoulders and walked over to where Toni was and she smiled while holding her hand out which you gladly took
Everyone's mouth dropped you were Y/M/N's daughter you hated the Southside you followed the rules and blah blah blah
But that wasn't true... That was far from the truth you were a reject you were the black sheep of the family your mom only pretended to care about you
That's why you hung out at the Wyrm so much cause you knew they'd accept you and take you in especially Jughead since he was your best friend
