A kind of an accident.
There was something in these words what made me question the whole statement..but what?
After Monica came in and interrupted our conversation, she smiled at me and asked me why I haven't get changed for sports.
"Well..I forgot my stuff", I said and took a deep breath while I saw Janine grinning in the corner of my sight. "Overslept, or what?" , she asked in faked disbelief and I could see the laughter which she held back behind that look. "Nope, I just forgot it", I shot right back.
"By the way", I heard Monica talking,"What's wrong with you Janine? " Now it was my time to grin but at the same time I really wanted to know the answer..the real one.
"Duh..my leg is hurting..." , she stumbled and before I could think about it I heard myself saying "Didn't you say an accident happened? ". She looked at me in shock and said "Yes...but...my..uhm leg, it hurts because of the accident, you know? " but somehow she seemed quite nervous.
Before I could ask anything anymore, Monica asked whether we were ready to go down so we made our way down to the gym.
An accident..really?
Wow..this was probably the first conversation we had where we didn't gave each other any bad name..could it mean that she is maybe interested in being friends with me? Or is she just nice today?
Yeah...is she? What do you all think about it?
