Chapter 21

Look at these two...

This was my first thought when saw Candice and Janine at the mall. The two seemed totally lost in the the other's eyes and I was almost sorry as I interrupted their moment but I was way too excited to stay quiet.

"GUYS, YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!!" , I ignored all the people who were staring at me right now and Janine let out a chuckle meanwhile Candice stood there totally lost... I guess that she was stuck in her thoughts. "Come on, what happened? We want to knoooowww", Janine pulled me closer to them. "Well, I met a really cute and good-looking guy in the bus. His name is Theo and he gave me his number", I held up my hand as a proof and smiled at the memory of his warmth.

Just at that moment Candice seemed to be present again because her eyes widened and she just said "God..wow, you were right", as she turned to Janine who smirked and replied with a wink.

I punched Janine lightly in her arm and sighed. "Sorry princess of love..I just basically told her what probably will happen and guess what? It seems like I was right", she laughed while she rubbed her arm right where I punched her.

"Yeah that's the truth", Candice smiled, "She didn't say any bad word about you she just..looked into the future. And to be honest, she was amazing with that" , with these words she turned to Janine who blushed and stammered out a simple "Thank you". Aww since when does she blush so easily? She's actually not the type of emotional..there's something about these two but what?

And again they were both not really here with me so I cleared my throat and proposed to go into a shop or somewhere.

I swear if I wouldn't know that Janine doesn't like clichés and that she is straight (I guess Candice too) I would definitely say that they are in love...
