Candys POV
This day was probably one of the best days in my life...I still can't believe that it really happened.
As I sat at home after school, the smile was still on my face. I just lay there on my bed, listened to the radio and smiled. I could have stayed there the whole day but my stomach decided to ruin that plan. I knew that I have no option so I sighed and made my way to our kitchen. As I expected, my parents weren't here so I had to cook by myself. They are probably in the shop...yeah they have their own shop. They are artists and I don't want to brag but I am not bad too when it comes to art.
Thirty minutes later I sat on the kitchen table as I heard our door opening. "Hello my dear", my mother came into the kitchen and kissed my head. "Hii mom", I replied and smiled. She took a look at my plate and smiled too "Mhh smells good! Do you have more of this?" I looked at her and flicked my fingers how the great cooks always do it and said noble "No no madame, it's not 'this'. It's spaghetti with spinach and it's awesome".
We both bursted out in laughter and ate together.
Could this day get even better?
