The Landlord promises to:

•Repair and maintain the air conditioner or heater
•Respect the Tenant's privacy and not make any surprise visits or allow anyone else to use the condo ("Quiet Enjoyment")
•Provide a safe and clean home to the Tenant for the Term of the Lease
•Return the Tenant's Security Deposit (with interest if required) if the Tenant treats the •Premises like their own and it is still in good condition at the end of the lease
•Tell the Tenant in advance if they need to enter the Premises to fix something or show someone the property

The Tenant promises to:

•Pay the Landlord on time each month on a specific day
•Pay the utility company directly for light, gas, heating, and water
•Live in the home only with their spouse, children, and maybe even their parents or grandparents ("immediate family")
•Not have a dog, cat, chinchilla, pork belly pig, or pet goat in the house without first asking the Landlord or paying a small fee ("Pet Policy")
•Not start an illegal business like a meth lab or human trafficking scheme (only "residential" and "lawful" purposes)

Taehyung's POV
My contract for the other apartment I used to live in has ended today, well, good thing I finally found someone who I can live in with. I choose his apartment just because I wanted pets, isn't that actually nice? Oh, yeah, I found out that Jimin's mental stability was not good at all, yes, no one told me about this but his actions are telling me that he's not okay.

I even heard him talking to himself, which is not a good sign at all, I guess he was hallucinating. Actually, for me, Jimin must be a good guy but I'm concerned about him.. especially he's one if Jin hyung's friends, Jin-Hyung might have been spending his time with Jimin which is not that good at all.

First, Jin-hyung's college was not doing great, and second, I know he's tired of his father pushing him to be successful and I know he's going through hard stuffs which are the thing he does not want to show in-front of Jimin. Then third, He even told me that failed his visa application to Australia, I'm sure that his father was so disappointed to hear that, he's pressured and all but still pretending that he's good, But, still, I hope he's doing fine. I hope all these problems would be alright soon..

I heard someone rang the doorbell, that must be Jin Hyung. Well I was feeling lazy today so I did not open the door for him, instead, Jimin went to the door and I heard Jin telling him about the application. I did not want to interfere with the conversation of those two so I went to my laptop to check how my patients are doing. I saw one mail from the mental hospital I used to work before.

Oh, one of my past patients has died?

He used to be one of my patients before, he's kind and multi-talented, he likes dancing. I was able to improve his mental health but suddenly in the middle of the year, he was transferred to a different Psychologist by his parents. I don't know why though. He's a high school student from SOPA(School of Performing Arts) he told me that the "other him" started to manipulate him when he got into an accident, unfortunately, he was a victim of bullying.

He told me he ended up getting his head beaten badly onto their sink by his classmate in their school leaving him with a huge wound on his forehead. He was sent to the hospital to have a stitch. He started to lose some of his memories and that is when his Manic Depression started.

I'm ashamed of myself because of the fact that I was not able to talk with him anymore,.. but I'm glad that he's finally resting in peace, I'm glad that he's not suffering from his illness anymore.

Honestly, seeing my patients die makes me sad, especially for the younger ones. And for those who have survived, I'm indeed very proud of them, I must say that suffering from mental diseases is not easy as people think it is. The reason why I was able to pass my college is that I wanted to help people those who have these kinds of problems, as a survivor from depression, I decided to become a Psychologist who would be able to help those people who are in need.

After scrolling through my email, Jin Hyung knocked to the door. "I'm back." He murmured.

"You look down today, what happened?" This isn't normal for Jin Hyung at all, he lost his usual self.

"I failed the visa application."

I went to him to pat his back "You don't have to stress out yourself, I'm sure there are a lot of stuff you can do, besides you can just try again until you'll be able to get it, you can do it Jin-hyung, remember that without failure, success won't come to your life."

"Yes, I know, thank you." He murmured again as he sat down the bed.

"I've decided to sub my father from being a CEO."

"What?"

"I realized that he already wanted to rest, and I'm too old to finish the course that I wanted."

Oh yes, I haven't mentioned earlier that he's a Pharmacy student. Pharmacy takes eight years to complete.

"You could just continue college while doing your job as a CEO right?"

He scratched his head. "that would not be easy at all, Taehyung."

"There's nothing wrong with trying."

He nodded silently.

"I've decided to move here. You mentioned earlier that this is for rent right?"

"Wait, what?"

"I'm moving here, I wanted to look after Jimin."

"You knew?"

"I knew it."

"Since when?"

"Since.. today..?"

He looked away from me.

"I'm going to take care of him."
