(A/N: Probably should have mentioned this earlier... but I didn't make any of the art in any of the chapters! I wish I was as creative as this...)
Alisha flicked the reins of her horse as she made her way across the newly built bridge over the river at Falkewin Hillside. She slowed down as she approached Marlind. The guards at the gates opened it up for the Princess Knight. She had first dropped of the Therians at Elysia, the old Seraph named Zenrus was so angry at Sorey and Mikleo he raised up a thunderstorm around Ladylake. Alisha was surprised though. When she was first at Elysia, it was empty, but now Aisha could see the Seraphs that lived up there. After discussing with Zenrus what the problem was, he had calmed down and took both pups and three humans/hellions in. Alisha sighed as she stopped out front of the Inn. "Hey. What's the matter?" Attak asked, the Normin with the golden helmet, making his way to the Princess from the railings upon seeing The Princess. "Oh Attak... I don't know what to do. How do I get to Rolance without letting the Rolance army in Glaviend Basin know I was there? It's a suicide Mission!" Alisha groaned, covering her face with her hands. Attak gave it some thought as the turmoil in Alisha's mind went crazy. She felt frustration, hatred, anger, sadness, and worst of all, hopelessness.
That's when an idea came into Attak's mind. "I know exactly where you need to go!" he shouted, snapping Alisha away from her thoughts. "WHERE!?" She exclaimed, looking at the Normin. "I can take you there! It's at least a half a day travel to these ruins! It's worth it, cause in the back is a connection to a cave that leads straight into the forest on the Rolance side of Glaviend Basin!" he told the Princess Knight. Alisha hugged the small creature in happiness, hope pushing away her turmoil. "THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You are the best!" Alisha said, getting down from her horse. Attak jumped from the railings onto her shoulder and sat down. "Well then!? What are you waiting for!? OFF WE GO ON A NEW ADVENTURE!" Attak commented with a grin. "But won't you be turned into a Hellion again?" Alisha asked. "Not if I'm around you! You cast a sort of protective barrier since you are a Squire. And you can use my powers till your heart's content!" Attak replied. Alisha nodded and called over a guard, offering him her horse. "Take care of him!" Alisha called, running out of the city. Attak guided her towards Bors Ruins.
As she entered a condensed forest, many weaker Hellions attacked her. A couple of Spider hellions and green spider-like Web Weaver Hellion launched themselves at her, but the mere swing of her spear completely blew them away. A few Plantus Hellions, a plant looking Hellion with Venus Flytrap appendages, attacked her, though Attak managed to put up a barrier and Alisha dealt with them quickly. Eagle Hellions swooped down and tried clawing at the Princess Knight, but she expertly dodged and jabbed each one. Both of them then reached a calmer part of the forest, only to find the husk of a ruin, completely weathered and broken. "Oh my... such defilement..." Alisha said in sadness. "This stinks! And I was hoping to see the ruins all safe!" Attak said with a pout. Alisha then noticed a glowing multicoloured gem stone. "Huh? What's this?" Alisha questioned, bending down and reaching for it. "NO! WAIT!" Attak called out, relizing what it was. It was too late. The minute she grabbed it, it sent both of them back in time.

In a canyon stood a couple of ancient looking arch ways. The scene changes to a man in a crowd, smiling as he gave orders to a crowd of people. It then changes to a woman, smiling down at them with a bundle in her arms, a circlet around her head, as she stood beside a tree. Then the scene changes to black.

Alisha and Attak were thrown out of the flashback and gasped. "W-What was that?" Alisha questioned, trembling. "A-An Iris Gem. They record certain points in history. That one was strange though. Was that guy a sort of leader?" Attak replied. "We'll see... let's continue." Alisha commented, standing up on shaky legs. Attak nodded and gave her directions. When they made it to a cave entrance, though could feel the large waves of Malevolence flowing from the cave. "T-The Malevolence here... It's suffocating!" Alisha said. "AHHHHH!" a feminine voice screamed in fear from inside the cave. "OH NO! Someone's in there!" Attak exclaimed. "HANG ON!" Alisha yelled, running in with Attak holding on to her. Alisha ran into the green hazy scenery and made it to an open area. A girl was scrambling backwards on the ground as a giant bat with a mask flew after her. Alisha ran and knocked away the bat with her spear. "What the hell is that thing!?" Alisha asked Attak. "Huh? You can see me?" The girl questioned. The bat flew back into the air and let out an angry screech.
Alisha dodged the sound waves began her Martial Artes. As she began her attack, the Normin with said name boosted her abilities. The bat then let loose a screech towards the ceiling of the cave, making the entire cave shake. "Woah!" Attak squeaked, falling backwards. Alisha tried keeping herself steady. The girl looked towards the ceiling upon hearing a couple of cracks. Two stalactites were falling from overhead. "MOVE!" she yelled, lounging and pushing away Alisha. The Princess Knight squeaked and heard a couple of crashes from where she originally stood. Both the girls stood up, Alisha thanking the girl. "Thank you so much." She said. "No problem. Allow me to be of service. My name is Clio." The other girl said, summoning two scythes connected to each other with a chain. She was spinning one in her right hand and letting the other dangle in her left. Alisha regarded the girl with interest. She had flaming red hair and golden yellow eyes. Her outfit was a multitude of different colours, all shaped in a design of a dragon breathing fire.
"Alright then. Let's do this!" Alisha yelled, launching forward with her spear raised. Alisha repeatedly slashed and jabbed at the Hellion. "Alisha! Be careful! That Hellion is a Mutant Hellion! It's called Bat Baron!" Attak warned her, quickly jogging over to Clio. "My dear Normin Friend, do you mind helping me?" the girl asked the Normin politely. "Roger! Normin POWER!" Attak called, a blast of light leaving him and causing Clio to shine. "Let us begin!" Clio called, sending her spinning scythe towards the monster. It wrapped around the wounded Hellion. It screeched in pain and anger as it struggled. "Alisha! Now!" Clio called. "It's over!" Alisha called, feeling her power increase tenfold. "This is my time!" she chanted. She swung her spear around and the monster received multiple slashes across her body. It screamed in pain. She then launched it into the air and jabbed it. "Light Blast!" Alisha chanted out loudly, sending multiple jabs towards it. The monster fell backwards and erupted into silver flames. A bat squeaked in fear as it replaced the Hellion and flew out of the cave.
"Well done!" Clio commented, approaching Alisha with Attak on her shoulder. "Thanks. Now then. What are you doing here?" Alisha asked. Clio's face turned red with embarrassment. "Well... you see... I'm a bit of a ruin fanatic. I was trying to find Bors Ruins. And I came from a Seraph settlement in Rolance." She said, rubbing the back of her neck. "Wait, a Seraph Settlement? Like Elysia?" Alisha asked. "Yes. I am an ancient type of Seraph that can't be tainted by Malevolence. A Dragon Seraph." Clio said, bowing her head slightly. Alisha gasped. Attak's eyes widened and in his high pitched voice yelled "A DRAGON SERAPH!? BUT YOU ALL ARE EXTINCT!" Clio merely shook her head no. "That is not entirely true. We are an endangered species of Seraph that went into hiding after a traitor joined the Lord of Calamity years ago." She told the Normin. "Incredible... You would make an amazing ally!" Alisha said, grabbing one of Clio's hands and bringing it to her chest. "Will you join us in our adventure?" Attak asked, hopping from Clio's shoulder to Alisha's. Clio smiled. "It would be an honor." She said.
And with that, the trio began journey through Lamorak Cave. Though, a girl with a baton appeared in a flash of white. "Hmm... So you're still alive... Big Sister..." Symonne hissed with venom before teleporting away. Unknown to both parties, Teresa stood at the entrance, her presence masked. Her blonde hair was blowing from the breeze outside the cave. A small Arte was placed beside her ear, her finger holding it in place. "She has left Hyland. To think that a Dragon Seraph still lives." Teresa stated with curiosity. "Hmm... yes, that is a surprise. Though she will be helping the Shepherd most likely. She won't cause us a problem." Mayvin stated from the other end. "I will begin preparations to see Velvet and her group." Oscar replied. "Good Luck." The older man said. The call ended and Teresa burst into a floating cloud of mist. The mist was then swept up in the wind and flew in the direction of Ladylake.
