"A Dragon Seraph is that strong!?" Mikleo shouted. Everyone had congregated at the Church in the city. Magilou was lying on one of the benches while Rokurou was looking around the place. Eleanor was kneeling and seemed to be praying, Grimoirh, Attak and Bienfu following her lead. Velvet stood beside Sorey and his group, Laphicet sitting down beside them, reading a book he picked up. Eizen was leaning against a wall, Dezel doing the same, but on the opposite. Clio sat beside Alisha, blushing slightly in embarrassment. "It seems so. From the legends, they could even quell Dragons and Heal them from Malevolence." Lailah explained. "I would have looked for one for my brother, but I didn't know where to look." Edna explained. Rose just stared at Clio in awe. "Hey Lailah. Can A Dragon Seraph become a Sub Lord?" Alisha asked. "No. They don't have a specific typing so it is impossible to become either." Lailah informed the Princess Knight. "Anyways, this building seems pretty new, but it's architecture is astounding." Mikleo said, looking around. "Agreed." Alisha commented. "I'm surprised no one was here." Sorey commented.

"Ghosts?" Rose squeaked in fear. "I mean no guardian Seraph." Sorey informed. "You're right. This place may not breed much malevolence, but there has to be a reason." Velvet stated. "Well what should we do? Look for a Seraph who can bless it?" Edna asked. "Huh... I wouldn't know where to start." Sorey said, crossing his arms and eyebrows scrunched in thought. "You know, it isn't necessary to get completely hung up on getting a blessing." Lailah stated. "You sure?" Sorey asked, unsure. "it should be fine. Like Velvet said, there isn't much Malevolence here. And besides, it's not like you can go save the world all by yourself." Mikleo said. Lailah nodded and said "Absolutely. The most important right now, is that you broaden your perceptions and hone your powers!" Sorey closed his eyes and moved his head so it faced downwards. There was a moment of silence and Velvet watched him. Then he opened his eyes and faced Lailah. "So that we can stand up against the Lord of Calamity, right?" he asked.

"You'll have a hell of a time with that if you can't even tell when you're being followed." Dezel said. "Who are you talking to? The stained glass?" the voice of Sergei asked. Everyone looked to the entrance of the Sanctuary, seeing the Captain of the Platinum Knights standing there, glaring at the group. Sergei put a hand on his sword handle that was strapped to his waist. "Didn't you all have business with the merchants here?" Sergei asked, sounding like he was accusing them of something. Everyone gulped. All the Seraphs stood in front of the humans, weapons drawn and ready. "He's Alone. Let's take him down and get out of here!" Dezel stated. Dezel threw his whip towards Sergei, who drew his sword and slashed it away from him. "CAN HE SEE US!?" Dezel asked. Sergei then got into a defensive position. "Nope. He's just that good." Edna commented. She then turned away and sat back into one of the pews. "Have fun with your human friend, Sorey." Edna stated, swinging her feet.

"Huh!? Seriously!?" Rose questioned. "You won't help?" Alisha asked. "This is a human problem after all..." Sorey stated. "Then I'm out. Good luck." Velvet said, sitting on the matted floor and leaning against one of the pews. The Seraphs relaxed and Sergei said "Come." With that, Sergei put away his sword, turned around and exited the Sanctuary. Rose, Sorey, Eleanor, Laphicet, Alisha and Magilou (Who reluctantly) followed. Once they exited, Sergei was standing beside a tree. Sorey stood across from them as the rest of the humans stood off to the side. "I shall apologize for deceiving you. But then..." Sergei said. Then, he drew his sword and yelled "You're going to tell me who you really are!" Sorey drew his sword and both men ran at each other. The others watched with fascination and worry. "Will he be alright?" Rose asked, chewing on one of her fingernails. "This is this Generations Shepherd we are talking about. It should be fine." Eleanor said, though she sounded like she was trying to believe that herself. Sorey was getting schooled by a Captain of the Rolance Knights. "Lion's Howl!" Sergei yelled, thrusting a hand towards Sorey. A lion head shot from the hand and let out a loud roar. Sorey just managed to block it and said "Woah! What was that!?" Sorey asked, going in and releasing a Rending Gale, his swing letting out lightning. "An Arte handed down with pride in my country!" Sergei replied, releasing another one.

This one made contact with Sorey and he was sent flying in the air. He landed on the ground hard and grunted in pain. Alisha and Rose both gasped as they saw their friend (And crush) get hurt. "C'mon kid... You're the Shepherd..." Magilou muttered, biting on one of her paper Guardians. Laphicet clutched his book hard, his knuckles turning white. Sorey then let loose a Heavenly Torrent, the spiral of water hitting Sergei head on, launching him into the air. He landed hard on his back. Sergei then kneeled back up, holding his right shoulder. Dezel then appeared from the air, a disappointed look on his face. This surprised the other humans. "You held back. You'll regret this later." He commented. Sorey looked back at him, smiling. "I'll be fine. I appreciate you looking out for me." He told the Seraph. Dezel grunted and turned around towards the Sanctuary. "Even your comeback is weak." Dezel commented. He headed back in.

When Dezel walked back in, Eizen approached him. "Well?" he asked. "He held back. Didn't use the full extent of his powers." Dezel told the group. Rokurou just grunted. "Good. We can't accidentally kill the Captain and become wanted in all of Rolance. Make our job harder." He said. "Agreed." Lailah informed. Velvet was playing with the Sorcerer's Ring on her, remembering the most recent dream conversation with Celica and Arthur. Both had informed her that something was going to happen, something big and drastic. She's been waiting for this thing to happen, but nothing has occurred. "Well. What a welcoming sight." Said a familiar voice that was filled with amusement. Rokurou, Eizen and Velvet paled and snapped their heads toward the direction of the Altar. There stood a premium-blond haired boy with light skin and green eyes. His outfit consisted of the standard exorcist uniform: a long white cape with instead of blue, now was green as an inverted color; white and golden top and shoe gear; black pants; and long white gloves. He wore a belt, in which carries his sword within its sheath.

Lailah, Edna, Mikleo, Clio and Dezel quickly got into defensive positions. Grimoirh and Beinfu shook in fear. Rokurou withdrew his daggers and got into a defensive position. Eizen cracked his knuckles, his bracelet shining. Velvet quickly stood up, her gaze hardening. "Oscar..." She growled, Malevolence leaking from her arm. Oscar laid a hand on his sword handle. "Greetings graceless daemon, Velvet Crowe, Lady Calamity." He said, a smile on his lips. "Well... I was wondering when our luck was going to go to shit." Rokurou commented. "I'm disobeying orders talking to you right now. I should be in Pendrago, but I had to warn you." He stated, his smile dropping. "Of what?" Eizen asked. "Of the current Lord of Calamity's pawn, Symonne." Oscar informed. Dezel then yelled "TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW!" Oscar smiled and opened his mouth...
