A man with an incredibly huge broad sword stood there. He was tall with golden eyes and had long black hair. He was wearing a white shirt that just covers his shoulders and a bit of his back, leaving his muscular torso exposed. The shirt was connected to the front by a black and red material that yields an ornamental fang. A full arm gauntlet adorned his right arm which was holding onto the handle of his sword in its hilt. His pants were the same color pallet as his top and were slightly baggy. He also wore some black and red combat sandals. "Shigure..." Rokurou growled, hatred and anger adorned his face. He was about to launch himself at his brother, but Eleanor held him back. "Hey there Little Bro! How's it hanging?" Shigure asked. "Legate Shigure..." Eleanor called. Laphi hid behind Velvet in fear as she put a protective arm in front of him. Phi just glared at him. "Eleanor! Babe... how are you doing?" he asked, crossing his arms over his chest and smirking. "Avatar of Musiphe..." Phi called out. Shigure looked over at Phi with a glare. "Maotelus... It seems you've lost control over the land. What do you have to say for yourself?" Shigure said, though his voice was deeper and sounded ancient. Shigure's golden eyes turned fire red.
Lailah gasped and bowed to Shigure. Sorey, Mikleo, Alisha and Edna followed her example. Rose just looked confused and Dezel just kissed his teeth. Clio gulped and continued glancing at the two Empyreans facing off and her two Dragon Elders. "All I have to say is that it was forcefully taken from me by Innominat and it was out of my control. This false Lord of Calamity is becoming a down right pain in our backside." Phi responded. "Wait, false Lord of Calamity?" Sorey asked, looking up in surprise. "Yes, false. He is but a Hellion seeking more power. He is like Cardinal Forton, but that is a subject for another day." Shigure said, his voice normal again and his eyes a mixture of gold and red. "It's because he exudes Malevolence, isn't it?" Magilou questioned. "Correct. The Lord's of Calamity always kept the Malevolence inside them in check, not let it run rampant. Which is why the destruction of this world is happening rapidly. Previous Lord's of Calamity never once wanted the entire world to feel their suffering, just a certain land or region." 'Gloss' replied. "So, you are made aware of this knowledge." Phi called out to the Dragon Seraphs.
"Gloss and I are the oldest, most powerful between the Dragon Elders in Anguis. Not to mention, the best-looking couple of all." 'Xorsinth' replied, cockily. Gloss pulled out a paper fan from her cloak and hit her fellow Elder upside the head. "Idiot! One thousand and something amount of years and you still haven't learned!" 'Gloss' yelled at her partner. Velvet got a hint of nostalgia all of a sudden but shook it away. The sun started to rise into the sky, giving it a nice orange hue. "Seems like our time is up..." 'Gloss' said with a sigh. She clapped her hands and a blast of fire in the form of a bird surrounded her and Xorsinth. It gave a loud eagle cry and flew off in the Southwestern direction. "I must leave as well. See you around bro!" Shigure called out, turning into a humongous fireball and shooting into the sky, exploding into loads of sparks.
Clio let out a shaky breath. "Well then... that was intense." Magilou said, letting out a chuckle.

Gloss and Xorsinth landed in the middle of their sanctuary. "Ah... you two have returned and sadly not with Clio..." said an elderly man with a large cane. He was bald, and his skin was pale and wrinkly. He was also hunched over. He wore the same thing as the two other Dragon Elders. "Yes, but in other subjects, we didn't fail. The spell worked." 'Gloss' replied, pulling down her hood and fixing her blonde hair. 'Xorsinth' followed suit, messing up his already naturally messy black hair. "So Velvet Crowe has returned?" asked a regal sounding woman. Her hair was sea blue and her face was frowning with zero laugh lines. She has, what one would call, a resting bitch face. Her grass green eyes stared at them coldly as well. 'Gloss' took off her mask and glared at the woman with hatred in her red and orange colored eyes. "Correct, and how dare you doubt us Seraphina." Rebecca snapped back. 'Xorsinth', or better known as Chris, removed his mask and looked around.
The sanctuary had grown in population. "How many more tainted have come?" he asked the elderly man. "At least a couple hundred thousand more... not to mention one had almost turned into a Tiamat Class dragon." The elderly man replied. "That's why this pocket dimension has grown." Rebecca replied. "Yes, Cullen, the rest of the Elders and I have been expanding it slowly to not draw attention to the False Lord of Calamity." Seraphina replied. "Good. Now, if you'll excuse us, we must rest." Chris said, walking away towards a mansion with Rebecca. As soon as they entered, Rebecca let her tears fall, a smile of pure joy on her face. "SHE'S ALRIGHT CHRIS! SHE'S ALRIGHT!" she cried. Chris nodded. "Well of course! Velvet is stronger than both of us!" he replied with happiness. "And look at Laphi! He has his sister back and vice versa!" Rebecca said, throwing her arms around her husband's neck. Chris nodded and wrapped his arms around his wife's waist.
"C'mon, before the kids learn we came home." He whispered in her ear, nipping at it. Rebecca grinned wickedly and both of them ran to their bedroom.
