~Rapunzel~

Honestly letter wasn't very exciting until I read the list of supplies needed. The books seemed very interesting, but I stopped paying attention as soon as My Dad told me that my cousin Elsa was attending too! Sure I knew that she was likely going since her mom was a witch, but I was even more certain that I was going. I mean both of my parents are actively involved in magic! Anyways my parents set up a time for when me and Elsa would go get our supplies together. She seemed, so nervous about going alone before she found out I was also attending.

A few days passed and we went to bring Elsa to Diagon Alley. Me and my parents went to the fire place and grabbed a handful of floo-powder. We all threw it in the floor and yelled "To Arendelle Castle!"

I stumbled on the landing. I somehow managed to get in the same room as Elsa was in and she shrieked.

"Punzel?" She asked me.

"Yeah, could you help me up!" I laugh.

"You scared me to death!" She replied sticking her tongue out at me.

"Sorry." I mumbled.

"It's okay, now follow me." Elsa ordered, and led me to their living room after grabbing her suitcase. Both of our parents were there, chatting.

"There you are girls! We were just saying goodbye." My uncle Agnarr shouted when he saw us.

"Bye Mama, bye Papa." Elsa said as she ran over to hug her parents. "I'll miss you."

"We'll miss you to sweetie, we can't wait to see you at the end of your school session!" My aunt Iduna laughed.

"You promise?" Elsa whispered, and I could barely hear her say that.

"We promise." Both of her parents said at the same time before Aunt Iduna continued. "Your Aunt and Uncle will take great care of you until then!"

"Well we should get going." My father said.

"Well goodbye." Elsa's parents replied together.

I didn't miss Elsa's sad face as we traveled back to my house. Elsa quickly dropped her stuff off before we returned to the fireplace and once again we all grabbed a handful of the floo-powder. As we threw it against the ground we all called out. "Diagon Alley!"

We appeared in pub called The Leaky Cauldron. My mother quickly led us to a small brick wall and tapped her wand on specific bricks. Suddenly the wall slid open and we all went through. I saw it close behinds is, but that didn't matter. The first thing I saw was Monthia's wands. I dragged Elsa there as she constantly shouted, but still laughing "slow down!"

Inside the store was an old women I assumed was Monthia. She smiled as we came in.

"Let me guess, Rapunzel and Elsa." She said, "Looking for wands?"

We nodded as the woman chuckled, "I have just the thing for you two!"
She beckoned for us to follow her through the maze of boxes.
"Elsa why don't you go first. This one is Cypress, dragon heartstring, 13 3/4 inches." Monthia said taking a long dark brown wand out of one of them and handing it to my cousin "Just give it a little wave."

Elsa did as instructed, causing a disastrous wind to swarm knocking over dozens of boxes while Elsa let out a little shriek. Monthia quickly took the wand back chuckling to herself, "Not this one, not this one."

Three kids our age came in, one with defiant red curly hair, another with reddish brown hair, and the last one had dark brown hair that showed off a mischievous smile.

"Ah more guests, and who might you be?" The old woman said as she handed Elsa another box.

"Merida," the red haired girl said with an interesting accent.

"Hiccup," with an accent similar, but not quite the same.

"Jackson, but I prefer Jack." The last boy said smiling. Just then Elsa tried the wand, creating delicate ice in the air twisting them into elaborate patterns.

"Seems like that's your wand. Beech, Phoenix feather, 10 inches." Monthia said smiling. "Take good care of it. That will be 5 galleons."

Elsa paid her trying to smile as the old women said "Rapunzel how about you try this one. Willow, unicorn tail hair, 11 3/4 inches."

Immediately I fell in love with the wand. It was pale and had elaborate designs etched into it. I gave it a wave and immediately blurs of color danced in front of me. I quickly paid her five gallons as she laughed at my enthusiasm. Me and Elsa waited until the others were done to see what they got.

"Aw you lovely lady over there. Try this one! It's Walnut, coral core, and 9 inches." Monthia told Merida.

The red head tried, but Monthia immediately took it back.

"Try this one, blackthorn, Thunderbird tail feather, and 14 inches." She explained handing it to the redhead. It was similar to mine, but it seemed a bit, how do you say this, wild. Merida waved the wand and arrows shot out in a remarkable way. Merida payed for the wand and waited for us.

"Ah, Hiccup this Hiccup got a simple, chestnut, white river monster spine core, 12 1/2 inches." Monthi told the boy.

It was a warm brown wand that worked like a charm for Hiccup. He paid and sat down next to us girls.

Jack tried two wands before Monthia handed Jack a cypress wood wand, dragon heartstring core, that was 13 inches long, and had a hooked end. This was the wand for him.

Just as we were leaving the store they jogged to catch up to us. "Hey can we come with you?" Jack asked.

"Sure," I replied laughing "you didn't even need to ask us."
