Chapter Thirteen -The Sister

I woke up early the next morning. My roommates were still asleep, so I got an idea. I quickly froze the ground. Almost half an hour later they woke up. Naveen was the first one to get out of bed, but once he did the only that came out was a surprised grunt as he slipped. We laughed at him, but soon Adam followed him. Li went over and tried to help them up only to slip, and fall on his head. I was laughing, with tears falling out of my eyes. They glared at me as unfroze the floor. Li got up and punched me in the stomach. So much for being hungry.

I quickly grabbed a few apples, (one in my mouth, five in my arms) and went down to our tree. Elsa and Punzel were already there. Punzel was poking Elsa while they were both laughing. I quickly joined them mumblin a hello as I came upon them.

"Merida guess what!" Punzel asked me squealing like a pig.

"What?" I said teasingly with mock surprise.

"You should probably answer before you lose your voice from squealing, so much!" Jack asked, just approaching with Hiccup right behind him.

"Elsa's little sister is coming today!" Punzel shrieked. "She's staying in Hogsmeade. I haven't seen her for ages!"

"And by ages you mean?" Hiccup asked knowing that Punzel was probably overexcited.

"Five, no six years?" Punzel said questionably before sighing. "She and Elsa also loved the winter. It was probably when she smiled the most. Though I can honestly say that Anna wasn't good at ice skating Elsa was amazing at it!"

The firs thing she said made me mouth drop open in shock. I though them bein cousins meant they spent a lot of time together. I looked at the others seein they had the same reaction as me.

"Why didn you see each other for all those years? I mean couldn't you visit each other more often?" I asked astounded by this truthbomb. Me and the others (including Punzel) raised an eyebrow at Elsa.

"Er- um... we just never really had the time? After awhile our parents just sort of forgot about it." Elsa said quickly giving us a nervous smile. Liar. Why would she lie about something simple as that? I was about to call her out on before Punzel interrupted me.

"Oh. Maybe over the summer we can hang-out again? Just the three of us?" Punzel asked Elsa nervously with obvious hope in er eyes.

"I think Anna would really enjoy that." Elsa answered smiling.

Hmmm... she never said anything about her wantin this, but I don't think Punzel noticed.

"Yay! We can paint, play games and...." Punzel said the last few words in a quiet, squeal, hopeful voice. "Can we have slumber parties?"

Elsa nodded earning a lot of hugs and squeals from Punzel. She didn really seem comfortable with the hugs. Weird does she not get hugs often? I would've told Punzel to get off of Elsa, but I didn want to ruin the moment. I looked at the others to see if they noticed Elsa's strange behavior. I looked at them with a stare that said "Did ye notice that?" Hiccup and Jack both nodded in response. We didn have any classes today, so we just headed down to Hogsmeade. Elsa seemed to be lookin on her tiptoes tryin to find her sister.

"Elsa why don' ye get Anna a sweet from Sugar Rush?" I told her, noticin her protests. "Don' worry if we see her we'll wait with her outside, so ye can surprise her. Anna's sure to recognize Punzel, I mean who wouldn' recognize someone with tha' much hair!"

She hesitantly nodded before replin. "Okay." She headed into the rainbow colored store before we started to talk again.

"Punzel we got to talk about Elsa." I whispered.

"What about Elsa?" She replied defiantly, daring us to talk bad about her.

"You saw her when she had to talk about not visiting you." Jack added causing Punzel to frown nervously.

"She was kind of sketchy." She admitted.

"A little?!? The lass probably lied about the whole thing!" I whisper shouted at her.

"Merida be quiet her someone might hear us!" Hiccup whispered. I grumbled a few lovely words me mum wouldn' approve of under my breath.

"Are you sure she isn't hiding anything?" Jack asked.

"Well-" Punzel tried to respond, but was interrupted by a grinning, blue eyed, strawberry-blonde hair, (in braided pigtails) nine year old girl.

"Punzie!" The girl said shrieking as she threw her arms Punzel.

"It's nice to see you too Anna!" Punzel said laughing.

This was Anna. Elsa's little sister. I almost laughed in relief as I realized something. Anna probably knew all of the answers. She was the one who knew all of it.
