Erin's POV
It's three days till the wedding. Joe and I have to prove what Scott and Maddie are really like.
My thoughts were interrupted by Rachel texting me.
Rachel: Do you want to come shopping with Maddie and I? Her and Scott are coming over beforehand. x
This is my chance!
Me: I'll be there! x

I just arrived at Rachel's. Joe let me in.
"She's just getting ready!" he said. "So, the plan. Say it back to me so I know you know it fully!"
"Ok!" I said. "Once Scott and Maddie get here, you go upstairs and make sure Rachel doesn't come down. I put my phone on record and explain to them I know everything. I'll wait for them to explain everything and then we'll tell Rachel together!"
"Perfect!" Joe said.
The doorbell rang and Joe answered it to Maddie and Scott. He let them in.
"I'll make sure Rachel doesn't come down!" Joe whispered in my ear.
"Ok!" I whispered.
"I'll go make sure Rachel is ready!" Joe said, giving a fake smile to Scott and Maddie.
"Ok!" Maddie smiled.
Joe went upstairs. I put my phone on record and put it in my pocket, so they wouldn't see it. I walked up to Scott and Maddie.
"Hi Erin!" Maddie said.
"It's a lovely day isn't it?!" Scott said, smiling.
"Yeah, I know you only want Rachel for her money!" I said, smiling sweetly.
"What?!" Maddie asked, laughing nervously.
"You heard me!" I said. "Breaking the battery and saying it's ten times the price it really is to fix it, pretending you's don't have enough money for wedding outfits and pretending your boiler broke! It's all fake! All of it!"
"That's not all!" Maddie said, smirking and chuckling.
"Yeah, we also pretended we were being evicted from our flat! We just got two thousand pounds for saying that. And we got four thousand pounds yesterday!" Scott chuckled eviley.
"You's are sick!" I spat.
"But you can't prove it!" Maddie smirked.
"I'll tell Rachel!" I spat.
"You can't prove it!" Scott laughed.
"I'm her best friend!" I spat.
"And?!" Maddie chuckled. "You may be her best friend but she loves the so called bond she has with her parents!"
"You's are disgusting!" I spat.
"We don't even love the little freak!" Maddie laughed.
"Yeah we can't stand her!" Scott laughed. "But playing pretend will all be worth it when we drain her bank account dry!"
They both laughed.
"Erin!" Rachel yelled. "Joe says we need you!"
"Better go up!" Maddie said, smirking.
But what they didn't realise, their scheme was just about to be over!
I walked up into Rachel's room and stood next to her.
"Rachel, you need to listen to this video!" I said, passing her my phone.
"What?! Why?!" she asked as she took my phone.
"Because!" I said. "You're parents aren't like you think they are!"
