Part 32- Shock!

Rachel's POV

"W-what?!" I said, shocked.

"We're your parents" the man said. "I'm Scott and this is Maddie!"

Joe came over to us.

"Babe, is everything ok?!" he asked. 

I suddenly started to feel sick. I sprinted to the bathroom and threw up all my shock. Tears crawled down my face. What's happening?!

Joe's POV

Rachel was taking a while at the door so I went to see what was happening. 

"Babe, is everything ok?!" I asked.

She didn't answer, she just ran. 

"Who are you's may I ask?!" I asked.

"We're Rachel's parents!" the woman answered. "I'm Maddie and this is Scott!"

"Oh ok" I said, realising why Rachel ran off. 

"Sorry I feel awful!" Maddie said. "We didn't mean to upset her!"

"Yeah, we just wanted to see after all this time if she's ok!" Scott said. 

They seem nice. 

"Why don't you's come in and we'll see if she's up for talking to you's?!" I suggested.

"Yeah, sounds good!" Maddie said.

They came in and sat on the sofa. 

"I'll go and find Rachel and see if she'll come down" I said and walked up the stairs. 

I heard her in the bathroom, it sounded like she was being sick. 

Rachel's POV 

I had just finished being sick when I saw Joe come in. He crouched down in front of me and he wiped my tears with his thumb. 

"It's ok" Joe said in a comforting tone. 

"I've made myself look stupid!" I sobbed.

"No, no babe! You didn't!" Joe said. "You were just in shock!"

"I'm sorry!" I said. 

"Don't be!" Joe said. "They're downstairs, do you want to talk to them?!"

I nodded and dried my eyes. We walked downstairs and saw Scott and Maddie on the sofa, being handed a cup of tea by Zoe. 

"We'll give you's some space" Alfie said and him and Zoe went to their room. 

Joe was just about to leave when I grabbed his arm. 

"Please stay!" I begged. 

"Of course!" Joe said. 

We sat down on the sofa next to theirs. 

"So Rachel, how much about all of this do you know?!" Scott asked. 

"All I know is you's had me when you's were only sixteen" I said. 

"I could have never had an abortion" Maddie said. "But we could have never looked after you. We were just too young. We wanted you to have a good life and we knew we couldn't give you that. We knew we would've been selfish to try. Giving you up was the hardest decision of our lives but we knew we had to, to give you a better future!"

"We love you Rachel!" Scott said. "We want to get to know you properly. We want our daughter back!"

I couldn't believe what they were saying. I was wanted, by my parents!
