"Shhh, don't wanna wake mommy up." I could her my wife's raspy voice down the hall. She had to be talking to Ryah because Rylee was not my morning baby.

"Shit." My thighs were sore. Everything on my body was sore. Robyn wore me out last night and this morning, which was needed, but now I can't move.

The sheets were paper thin, I didn't know why Robyn loved thin sheets until last night.

I heard my baby's small footsteps, and my heart warmed.

"Good morning, mommy!" Ryah's little feet moved as fast at they could to get to me.

I quickly bunched the cover up around my body, pulling the toddler in the bed.

"Morning, my baby." I ran my hand through her curls, placing a kiss on her cheeks like she loved.

The room filled with her squeaky giggles, I couldn't help but to laugh myself.

"Morning, mama bear." Her lips made way to my neck, and the smell of her soap scented body made way to the bed.

She placed the food on my lap as she grabbed Ryah out of my arms. My eyes traveled down to the delicious smelling food in front of me, it almost looked as good as the person who cooked it....almost.

I said a quick grace before I dug into the neatly fried omelet. My fruits were freshly cut, and my toast was just right.

Robyn still was at .00000001% in progress of getting her wife back and rebuilding our marriage. I wasn't going to knock her hustle though.

"How does it taste?" She came back in the room from putting Ryah down. Rylee will be up in the next hour.

"Mhmm." Was all I could let out, the foot was doing something to my tastebuds and I liked it.

"The art show will be hosted at my California location...." She trailed off, I knew what she was hinting at.

"And you want me and the kids there for your opening...." I finished her sentence, swallowing the chewed up toast down.

"Yeah." She grabbed my finished plate, placing it on the night stand on her side of the bed.

"I'll take you shopping and shit when we land there, I know you've been complaining about getting a new bag."
