Chapter 18

Me and Jai arrived at the holly wood walk of fame, walking hand in hand past each one of the amazing celebrities.

We walked up and down for a while admiring all the stars and their achievements. Most of which I didn't even know who they were. After getting bored we decided to make our way back to the car.

"I can't believe Justin Bieber still doesn't have a star." I huffed. "He more than deserves it."

"I know!" Jai agreed, "and Kurt Cobain."

"Atleast you got to see Elvis'" I giggled.

"Yeah! I hope he didn't mind me writing on his star."

"Yeah I'm pretty sure he won't mind, 'I love you so much Elvis, I'm your number one fan i wish you could sing at my birthday' " I teased him.

"Oi, I know he's looking down reading it and having a good ole laugh." He joked in a shit British accent.

"Of course jye." I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Hey!" He whined at me calling him jye.

"Sorry." I pouted and quickly pecked his cheek. "So where to now?"

"Meet some fans?" He questioned.

"Sure."

I launched the twitter app as composed a tweet.

"@teemariona: which fans want to come meet me and jai for a chat? Meet us at the park near the walk of fame in 10!"

Just as I pressed send on the tweet my phone started ringing. 'Mum.'

Not now.

I just let it continue to ring out, Jai took a glance at my lap before speaking. "Is there going to be a day when you actually answer?" He asked.

"Probably, but as far as I know that day isn't today." I said in an annoyed tone, turning my head to look at the window. I understand that he's concerned but it's annoying being asked about my 'parents' all the time.

Jai pulls up in the parking lot and I can already see about 30 fans already here waiting for us. Shit, they're going to ask questions about me and Jai spending time together, I hope he doesn't tell them. I don't want them to know yet, should I tell him.

"I know, I know don't tell them we're dating." He said. It's almost like he read my mind. Relief washed over my body as we stepped out the car. It feels weird to have been holding hands all day but now we're walking separately. I don't know how much I can hide this for, I want to be affectionate towards my boyfriend in public.

As me and Jai approached the group of girls, happiness and excitement was evident in their eyes. "Hey guys."

"Hey guys." Her beautiful voice rang threw my ears, as I raised my head to look at her and see the prettiest smile on her face.

Spending time with her has to be one of the best things about being in LA. Even before LA spending time with her makes me so happy. Her smile, the way she tucks odd strands of hair behind her ear because she finds it annoying when there's hair touching her face. Watching her run her frail fingers through her hair pushing it over her head. Just the little things she does make me smile.
