18: Where your fears and horror come true~

Rainbow Dash's POV

I got some paint and splattered it all over me, making a lot of mess on the floor. Meh. It's not even permanent. I can just clean it later when I go home. I got a black cloak and covered myself from head to toe. I don't want anyone getting the wrong ideas when they see my costume.

After a while, I finally reached CHS and saw the others are already at the doors. "Hey guys!"

They looked confused at first and I realized that I was still covered by the coat. Hehe, I'm pretty sure that they will freak out at this.

It's now halloween and CHS is having a halloween dance and everyone is required to wear any costume. I think my costume would make anyone call police, though.

"It's me, Rainbow."

"Um, why are you wearing a coat?" Sunset asked. "Are you dressed as the grim reaper?"

"No. I'll show you later. I don't want people out here having the wrong ideas."

I looked at their costumes and smiled. They all look so awesome!

Twilight was dressed as a vampire. Kinda true to her name, she looked as if she's one of the characters in the movie Twilight.

Sunset was dressed as a fire lady. Her whole body was covered in red linen and her hair was tied in a high ponytail.

Applejack was covered in leaves and apples. She looked like the lady of the apple trees.

Rarity was dressed as a princess, of course. Her hair flowed freely on her back and her jewelry sparkled, making her look like a real princess.

Through the mask, I could see that Spike's eyes are now shaped like hearts as he stared at Rarity. Spike was dressed as a superdog or whatever you want to call him.

Pinkie Pie was dressed as her pet Gummy. It was weird but I think she could still fit through the doors.

And, I'm saving the best for last. Fluttershy was dressed as a bat. When she smiled at me, I saw her fangs and her eyes were now red. Behind her were the bat wings and, boy she looked terrifying. Who knew someone like Fluttershy would be one of the scariest in the group.

Once we got inside, I took off my hood and they all gasped. Fluttershy kinda cowered behind Rarity.

I was wearing a lab coat and red paint was splattered all over me. My clothes, my face, everything. My hair was also a mess. (Try guessing what she represents. It will be revealed later)

"What are you wearing, Rainbow Dash!" Rarity said. Heh, I knew they would freak out.

"The other Twilight told me that someone wrote a story about making rainbows. It isn't as pleasant as you think though. And she said that the Rainbow Dash in her world was the director. I think it's called... Rainbow factory? I don't really remember."

"Freaky. No wonder you hid yourself with that cloak," Pinkie said.

~ 15 Minutes Later ~

"Happy Halloween, everyone!" Principal Celestia said, earning a cheer from the students. Principal Celestia and Vice P Luna look awesome! Principal Celestia's colorful hair turned red and yellow, just like Sunset's. She had a mask and her dress was like the colors of the sun. I talked to her earlier and she said her costume kinda represents her evil self, Day Breaker. She also told me that Vice P Luna is Nightmare moon. Vice P Luna wore a dress (or gown, I don't really know) that represents night or maybe even twilight. She also had a black mask and she looked like she wanted to take over the world.

"Welcome to the annual Halloween dance!" she continued then a long speech was followed. After a while of this, she then said, "Thank you for coming and have fun tonight!"
