It was the week of graduation. The last week of school. Betty was 23 weeks pregnant and had reconciled with her beloved.
"Have you thought of any names yet? Jug."
"Sort of, a few." He smiled.
"Share them then."
"Okay, they are a bit out there, but I love the meanings behind them. So the first one is Eden Juliet, I honestly don't know why Eden, I just think it's a really beautiful name and then Juliet, well because you know the day I kissed you for the first time I called you Juliet, and if it wasn't for calling you Juliet- she would have never happened."
"Jug, that sounds so cute, did you have any others." Betty squealed.
"Lilliana Belle. The name Lilliana comes from Lillian which is symbolic of innocence, purity, and beauty and Belle means beautiful as well." Jughead said, they carried on walking to school and quickly met up with their 3 South-siders.
"What were you talking about." Toni asked.
"Jughead was telling me  the names he has thought of." She said tapping Jughead's nose, "We'll tell you later when everyone is here."
"Can  you guys believe its the last week of school, forever." Sweet Pea exclaimed.
"Well for us, you and Archie will probably have to do another year." Jughead joked.
"Shut up. I will graduate, I'm sure of it." Sweet Pea circulated.

They arrived at school and the rest of gang were already there. Sweet Pea jumped over the back of the arm chair and sat down in it, Fangs perched on the edge of Kevin's arm chair. Toni squashed up next Cheryl on her arm chair, Jughead and Betty sat next to Archie on the couch. Josie came running in a few seconds later and squashed up to Sweet Pea and kissed him on the cheek.
"So tell us the names you have thought of?" Toni said.
"Well my choices are Eden Juliet and  Lilliana Belle." Jughead beamed.
" I'm in love with his ideas." Betty said. Everyone seemed joyous at the 2 names chosen and decided to suggest a celebration.
"Let's go to Pops after school, after all Sweet Pea , Toni, Fangs and Betty owe us a round of milkshakes each because they guessed the wrong gender." Cheryl said.
"Oh yes, I forgot about that so we're buying 5 milkshakes, if you're coming J." Sweet Pea patted Josie's knee.
"I can't Mel,Val and I have pussycat rehearsal tonight." She apologised.
"Well I guess that's 4 rounds of milkshakes then." Jughead smirked.

They walked into Pops after school and of course Veronica was there sitting on a stool at the counter sipping a double chocolate milkshake. Betty gripped Jughead's hand and pulled him over to a booth with the rest of her friends.
"Sweetheart don't worry." Jughead reassured Betty kissing her cheek.
"I'm not. Anyway first rounds on me." She beamed and slid across the red leather seat and out the booth, Jughead followed her to help her with the drinks. He stood behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist and walked with his head rested on her shoulder.

"Hey Pop, can we get 2 strawberry milkshakes with cream, 3 vanilla milkshake- 2 with cream, 1 without and 3 chocolate milkshakes- 1 with extra malt and cream, 1 with cream and 1 without cream." Jughead ordered. Strangely Veronica sat quietly and just watched them.
"I heard about the baby, kids. Congratulations." Pop said as he made the milkshakes.
"Thank you, Pop." Betty said.
"Do you have any names yet?" Pop inquired.
"We were thinking either Eden or Lilliana, We aren't sure yet." Jughead beamed.
"What Lovely names!" Pop exclaimed. Veronica sighed and walked off to the bathroom. Betty hesitated and wandered after her.
"Veronica is everything ok?" Betty said as she walked into the bathroom.
"Go away Betty, you're the last person I want to see right now."
"I'm just trying to be nice."
"Well I've just had enough. You are always the centre of attention. All you did was get drunk and got screwed and now everyone loves you. Especially Jughead. I hate you Betty. You ruin everything. I was supposed to be prom queen not you, you aren't even hot. And this."  She touched Betty's bump, "This is what you call a horrible mistake."
"Can you take your hands off please?" Betty asked nicely, she didn't want any trouble that week. Veronica pressed her hands harder onto Betty's stomach, she pushed Veronica's hands off and walked out of the bathroom.
"What was that about?" Jughead asked at the table.
"Nothing, nothing important." Betty lied. 
"Alright. Anyway round 1." Jughead raisesd his glass and everyone else did too. The gang had a long night of milkshakes and laughs.

"Are you ready for graduation tomorrow?" Jughead said as he cuddled Betty in bed.
"I guess so. I'm just really nervous. What about you babe."
"I think I'm ok, my parents and sister won't be there but I'm fine with that. And anyway I know that after this we only have one thing to worry about." Jughead smiled.
"What are you going write for your yearbook quote?"
"Hannah Montana said nobody's perfect, but I have two angels proving that wrong- my girlfriend and my daughter on the way."
"Seriously, that's what you wrote?"
"No, I wrote thank you school for providing shit lessons, at least the burgers were good."
"Jug?"
"Fine I don't know, yours should be failed all my tests, at least I passed my pregnancy test." He chuckled, she hit him on the arm and laughed too.
"Well yours should be I love burgers more than I love my girlfriend."
"What about: "Everything is going to be fine it's just a crush." I thought when I saw Betty Cooper, now she's pregnant with my child." Betty laughed at his goofiness.
"Jug can we try and get Kevin to put our pictures next to each other so we can do a quote together!"
"Aren't the pictures in registration order?"
"No Kevin decided to put everyone's pictures in the different home rooms. So a double spread page for each homeroom and then the normal things in a yearbook."
"What would our double quote be."
"Ooh the one from friends with Kathy and Chandler, she says Wow, you have really gorgous hair, then he says Thanks, I grow it myself."
"You want to do that?"
"I think it would be cute."

It was the day of graduation, it was the final day of school.
"You ready babe. Ready to say goodbye to Riverdale High." Jughead declared.
"I'm so ready!" Betty exclaimed and pulled Jughead out of the trailer.
"I'm so glad we're all graduating, even Sweet Pea and Archie are!" Jughead laughed. They all wore their navy blue gowns over their formal attire. The hats were also navy blue with yellowish gold tassels. They all stood together and posed for their final picture together as high school students.
They all stood in a huge group hug and smiled at the camera, then they did a goofy one. They all pulled silly faces at the camera before laughing hysterically.

"Mr Archibald Andrews" Archie walked up to the stand and took his certificate.
"Miss Cheryl Blossom." Cheryl did the same.
"Mr Chuck Clayton."
"Miss Elizabeth Cooper."
"Mr Fangs Fogarty."
"Mr Jughead Jones."
"Mr Kevin Keller."
The list continued until everyone had their certificates. All the students filed out onto the field.
"Thank you students, now for a speech from our straight A student, Miss Betty Cooper." Mr Wetherbee called. Betty made her way up to the stage making sure she had her speech perfect. She reached the podium and tapped the microphone.
"Hey everybody, so as you are all quite aware this is our last day at Riverdale high. We are all 16 and 17 year olds about to embark on our future, no matter what that future is, The near future." Betty glanced at Jughead discreetly and smiled. "Or the far future. But no matter what tomorrow brings, or next week, or next month, we need to embrace it because that will only happen once. High school only happens once and the last few years we have it embraced it and every decision we made has made us grow into ourselves, the mistakes showed us who we were. So no matter where you find yourself, always remember your future began at Riverdale High." Everyone cheered and clapped as Betty walked off the stage and back to her seat, next to her best friends. Jughead looked at his beautiful girlfriend and rubbed her thigh, the pride was beaming out of him.
"That was truly inspiring Betty. Now, I just want to thank you students and good luck in the future." The students roared and threw their graduation hats in the air. Jughead grabbed Betty's waist and span her around.
"That speech was amazing Betts." He trumpeted and pouted his lips as he put her back down on the floor.
"Thank you. You were my inspiration." She kissed him on the lips and stroked his face gently. She parted from the kiss and cuddled him. This was the end of her beginning.
