I walked to school then saw the team talking to each other and saw Asahi then he smiled as he saw me. I went towards him but Hitoka went to talk to Tsukishima as Asahi put his arm around my shoulders.

"Are you two dating?!" Hinata asked and Asahi blushed as I giggled. The entire team eyed us then Kiyoko smiled.

"I guess so."

"That's why you were grinning, Asahi!" Nishinoya said and I laughed then laid my head on Asahi's chest.

"So the baby finally has a girl." I turned and glared at the guy then he smirked at Asahi. Asahi turned away then I stepped closer to the guy and glared.

"Back off."

"Ooh, gonna let her defend you?" I went to say something but Asahi pushed me back.

"No. But you'd better back up." He said and I eyed him amazed. Maybe my confidence lessons are helping for more than volleyball.

"What? So now that you got a girl, your all tough?"

"Maybe I'm just tired of you bothering me." He said and the guy glared then stormed off.

"Asahi, that was amazing." Daichi said and Asahi smiled then blushed.

"I was honestly terrified just now." We laughed and I grabbed his hand as Tanaka smirked.

"There's the Asahi we all know and love!" Then the bell rang and we went to class. After school, we went to practice and I helped Asahi and Yamaguchi then I had Ennoshita, Narita, and Kinoshita since they needed work with their setting. I let them take a break with the others then I saw my mom.

"Hey, mom! What's up?" I asked and she smiled then Hitoka came over.

"Here. I won't be home for dinner so order something." I nodded and took the money then she kissed our heads and left.

"Hmm, take out?" Hitoka asked and I nodded.

"Take out." I agreed and we laughed then went back to the guys.

"What'd she want?" Ukai asked and I shrugged.

"Drug money." Hitoka smirked as the guys gawked then I couldn't take it and my sister and I busted out laughing, making them realize it was a joke.

"Your faces!" I laughed and held my stomach as I tried to calm down.

"Holy shit!" I laughed and Asahi smiled then I felt my cheeks heat up at the sight of my boyfriend.

"I thought you two were serious." Daichi said and I shook my head then practice continued but I made my guys run laps around the campus. When practice was over, Asahi and I hung back so we could walk alone together and the others practically ran from the school.

"Um, No-Novalie?" I looked at him and he rubbed his neck.

"Ca-can I hol-hold your hand?" I giggled and grabbed his then he tensed some but I laced my fingers between his and he slowly relaxed.

"You don't have to ask, Asahi. I promise, it's okay to just do something." I said and he smiled. We got to the junction of his road and the train station then he sighed.

"Um, I'll see you tomorrow." He said and I nodded then turned to leave but he grabbed my hand and pulled me against his form. I stared at him shocked then he leaned down and gently kissed me, making me relax in his hold. I wrapped my arms around his neck then copied his movements and he slowly broke the kiss.

"Night, Novalie." He whispered and I smiled then removed my arms from his neck.

"Night, Asahi." I said and he smiled then let me go. I turned and went to the train station then saw my sister and she smiled at me.

"Shut up." I said and she giggled then we got on the train and went home for the night.
