Sixteen

I smiled as he held my hand tightly and we walked into school then people stared at the bruises and cuts I now sported.

"People are staring, Novalie." Asahi said and I smiled.

"Let them." I whispered and he smiled down at me then we met up with our friends and Hitoka smiled.

"Sis, a word." She said and pulled me to the side.

"Mom is staying at work all night and tomorrow too, I'm going to stay with Kiyoko. The apartment is yours." I nodded and smiled then went to my boyfriend as Hitoka went to hers. After school, I went to practice and soon, Asahi and I were going to the train station. Gotta ask now!

"Asahi?" I looked up at him as he turned to me then we stopped and the team kept walking.

"Yeah?"

"Do you think you can stay at the apartment tonight? My mom is going to be working until tomorrow night and Hitoka is going to Kiyoko's tonight. I don't want to be alone." I said, which was the truth, and he scratched his chin.

"Um, I-I guess I could. I'll need clothes-"

"Then we can get them. Please, I don't want Mina to come back and hurt me." I said and hugged his arm then felt his fingers brush the apex of my thighs.

"Please, Asahi." I pouted and he nodded as he stared at me.

"Um, I don't see why I couldn't." I nodded and we went to his house to get his clothes.

"Mom?!" Asahi called as we walked in and I saw his family on the couch.

"Hey, Asahi." His mom smiled then saw me and their grins brightened. Guess he didn't tell them about what was going on.

"Novalie!" Anna cheered and I lifted her as she ran to me.

"Hey, girlie."

"What happened to you?" She asked and I felt her tiny fingers brush over a bruise on my cheek.

"I got hurt. Which reminds me, I have to talk to your parents." I whispered and she nodded as I set her down.

"Um, I'm sorry to spring this on you both, but I was attacked outside my home yesterday. I was hoping Asahi could stay with my sister and I tonight, it would make my mother rest easy." I said, adding my sister into the mix so they wouldn't know Asahi and I would be alone.

"Oh, of course! I hope you're okay." His mom said and I smiled.

"Yes, it wasn't too bad." I said and they both hugged me as Asahi came down.

"Asahi, you protect her and her sister, alright?" He nodded and we left then he grabbed my hand.

"Yachi won't-"

"I said she would so they would agree." I said and he nodded then we caught the last train of the night, heading for the apartment. When we got there, I let him in then locked the door behind me and he set his things in my room. I went in as he sat on the bed then I crawled into his lap and he grabbed my hips.

"No-"

"Shh, just go along with it. Please." I whispered and he stared at me as I kissed his cheek. His eyes fluttered then he closed them as I kissed his forehead. I slowly kissed towards his lips then he tightened his grip on me as I finally kissed where we both wanted. His arms hugged my waist and I slid my hands into his hair, taking it down. I stood on my knees then felt his finger brush my gym shorts so I grabbed his arms and pushed them down, making him grab my ass. He broke the kiss and went to protest but I put my thumb on his lips.
