Rebecca

I slide on the soft worn out skinny jeans, "Those are cute." Andre says from behind me, "Your butt looks really good in those too."

And there it was, the moment my butt began to resurface.

HALLELUJAH!

I turn sideways in the mirror and there it was, "What are you doing?" I hear him laugh, "Nothing, I'm just happy." I slide off my shirt and buckle my bra, "Me too." I look behind me and see Andre biting his lip, "Would you cut it out!" I laugh and shove his shoulder. I slip into one of my white t-shirts and I sit down on the floor.

I slide on some socks, "Here let me help." Andre sits down in front of me, "How are you healing up?" I smile as he unties the laces of my sneakers, "Some days are better than others, but pretty good I guess." He smiles to himself, "Good." I scoot closer and sit on my knees, "What are you doing?" I straddle his waist, "We're supposed to be leaving Beck."

I shrug and hold his neck in my hands, "We can be a little late." I say softly and I feel his hands on my back, "What makes you think that?" He says watching my mouth, "Because." I lean forward and brush our lips. I can feel him try to restrain himself, "Such a tease." He whispers against my lips. I slowly connect our lips to make him ache- actually I think its just to mess with him for dragging me against my will.

The kiss starts slow until his hands roam my back, then my butt. His hands are so big on my body, I'm never leaving him again. I slowly rub my thumbs against his skin, "God I could do this all day." He whispers leaning his forehead against mine, "But we can't." He kisses me again, but this time its with more force. His plump lips mold with mine, "Oh I wish we could." He says and I slide off taking my shoes with me.

I put them on my feet and he ties them for me, "Lets go." He stands up and pulls me up. I slide on a thick tan cardigan, "You ready?" He asks slipping on his jacket. I nod and spray some perfume on myself and grab my phone.

Andre walks in front of me and I notice how good of a butt he has, I mean it was good, but now it's like even better. The jeans help make the butt more visible to my eyes, "It's at my Uncle Daniel's house?" I raise my eyebrow, "Have I met him?" He shakes his head, "No, he's been M I A for like eight years." Andre's eyes are glued to the phone, "We're taking my car, something seems fishy."

I cross my arms over one another, "What do you mean?" He finally looks up from his phone, "Nothing." He sends me a fake smile before walking away. Weird, he's never done that before. My feet follow in sync with his, "Okay?" As I walk past the counter I make sure to grab hold of my purse. The room is silent as we make our way out of the front door. The midday weather is calm and chilly, there's a slight breeze which makes me pull my cardigan closer to my body.

We get in and I can feel the tension, between himself and himself. I buckle up and click on my seat warmer, gonna use the most out of it today. Wow I should've put on another jacket. I cross my right leg over the left and lay my hands in my lap, "So what's the deal with having it at his house?" He shrugs and tightens his grip on the steering wheel, "I mean don't y'all have like designated spots for different occasions?" I say and he nods, "I mean we only ever have it at two houses Rebecca." He never calls me by my full name unless we're fighting.

I pull the sleeves of the cardigan over my hands, we sit in silence. I listen to the hum of the engine and the whoosh of passing cars.

I don't know what's going on right now, but I can feel the tension radiating off of Andre. The fact that I can pretty much feel it makes me nervous, nauseously nervous. His body shifts in the seat more times than I count and his hands stay at the bottom of the wheel. Every once and a while he'll scratch his chin or just rest his hand on his chin as the car rolls on. I pick at my nails as the lady on the GPS tells us where to go.

The place is unfamiliar to me which makes the nervousness settle its way into my brain even more. The neighborhood looks like every other neighborhood except the houses appear to be more expensive and built bigger.

I tuck some hair behind my ear, "So it should be right up here." Andre says in a low voice. We park in the grass in front of his house. I take off my seat belt as he removes the keys from the ignition, "Lets go I guess." I look over him and his jaw is tightened and that's when I notice the gun on his hip.

WHY DOES HE HAVE HIS GUN RIGHT NOW?!?!?!

SHOULD I HAVE ONE?

No of course not idiot, but really the gun??

I get out and meet him at the back of the car, "So what's with the gun?" His brown eyes avoid mine, "Hello? Andre I'm over here." I say crossing my arms over my chest, "It's just a gun Becks, chill." I raise an eyebrow, "Whatever." I walk ahead of him as he huffs after me. I pull the cardigan closer to my body as we get to the door. Andre stands beside me as he knocks on the door.

He looks down at me and holds out his hand, I look at him and then at his hand. I sigh and intertwine my fingers with his and hold his arm with the other. I rub his arm through his jacket with my thumb. I hear footsteps come closer to the door, then it swings open. Andre's mom stands in the doorway, "Hey," She steps out and quietly closes the door behind her, "My gosh it's been a long time Rebecca." She smiles and I nod, "Too long Victoria." She nods, "Well I for one am super happy you decided to rejoin us."

I nod, she knows.
