The next morning
Alex woke up with a terrible headache.
He fell asleep since he got home from school. Alex got up and sat on the edge of his bed.
What the heck happened yesterday with Mr. Kane?
He asked himself while going through his hair.
He definitely cannot say he didn't like to be near him but the fact that Mr. Kane is his teacher ruins everything. What should he do now? An option would be that he can switch the course if it weren't too late now.
I can't be near him anymore, but what should I do now?
Should I talk to him? Or just leave it? Maybe he was just joking and it's not that serious?
Too many questions and he couldn't find the right answer. Alex did his usual morning routine and walked to school. He was very nervous and he didn't want to see Mr. Kane. Luckily he didn't have music or art class on this day.
On the way he bought a pack of cigarettes although he promised Mr. Kane that he quit smoking but right now he could really use one.
So he smoked his cigarette, listened to music to calm himself down and went straight to his English class.
There, he just sat down on his usual place and took out his notebook to write his thoughts down.

He couldn't concentrate on the lesson so he just sat there and looked out of the window.
First break
He walked through the halls. Gaze on the ground. He didn't want to see him, because he didn't know what he should say or how he should react. Outside in the school playground he sat down to Jamie and Nick and took a cigarette.
"Haven't you quit smoking Turner?" Jamie looked confused.
"Yeah I know but it's not a good day so I cannot resist Mate" his eyes wandered over the playground. Secretly searching for this specific person, but he wasn't there.
"I cannot believe you! I was so proud of you man" Matt, who just came to the group, sat down to them and took a cigarette for himself out of Alex pack.
"Hey don't steal if you come at me like this!" Alex laughed.
"I wouldn't steal, if you didn't buy a pack my dear" Matt took his Lighter, too.
"You're right, enough of this, how's it going with Breana?" He asked while he searched for gum in his pockets.
"It's going great, she is great! God I think I'm really in love with her" Matt smiled.
Alex wanted that, too. Have someone if you only think of him that you just have to smile.
"God Matt I'm so jealous! I want that too" he pouted.
"You almost have it Ally" Nick laughed.
"What do you mean? I'm not seeing anybody right now?" He frowned.
"Oh and what's with Mr. Kane? I saw you the other day in art class how you were standing between his legs" Nick said.
Alex eyes widened.
"T- That was n-nothing! He was just joking about.. about.." Alex stuttered and didn't know what he should say.
What did he joke about?
"It's okay Ally I'm just messing with ya" Nick laughed and padded his shoulder.
"That's not funny you know that. He always makes these jokes and says stuff that makes me so fucking confused and I go crazy" Alex sighed and went through his hair.
"What jokes? Are you serious?" Jamie asked.
Alex wanted to answer him but the bell rang and they shouldn't be late to class.
