"Alright, kid. I know you are a very terrible liar."

Tony stood in front of Peter, looking down at the boy who sat on the couch with Bruce beside him and the other Avengers around them. He helped Peter put the bandage around his arms. Tony observed Peter from his view, taping his foot impatiently on the floor, waiting for the boy to answer. But Peter said nothing, his head bowed down, sometimes whimpering everytime Bruce applied the ointment to his scars. His eyes were glanced in every directions, whispering softly that Tony would just shrug it off and let him be with all the bandages.

But Tony was his mentor. Peter's safety was one of his responsibilities. Peter remembered the day on Ferry accident, when he was yelling at Tony for not listening to him, in fact, he had been listening. Then Tony appeared from the suit when Peter thought he wasn't in it. Tony was so angry back then. He even took his suit. Now, if Peter was telling him what had happened to him at school, what would Tony do? No, Tony shouldn't know about this one. He could handle it by himself.

Peter shook his head. He gazed at Tony, smiling tiredly. His body was in so much pain from the earlier events, and Peter just wanted to close his eyes now, spending the rest of his days under the blanket. "I'm just... accidentally falling," he answered. Tony had done many things for him, and he couldn't have said enough thank you to him. Now, if he got involved in this things too, what's the point of him being a Spider-Man? Or an Avengers? He needed to start to handle things by himself. Started from the smaller one.

Tony sighed heavily. He really wanted to yell at the boy for not telling him anything. But Bruce told him, that Peter had a mild concussion, because of what happened to him. Which, in Tony defense, he didn't know about. He rubbed his head, trying as calm as possible to convince Peter to tell him.

"How can you 'accidentally' falling?" Tony asked, addressing the accidentally in quotation marks using his fingers. "You weren't wearing your suit, so I assume you didn't go back home swinging around buildings. Then why would Happy found you in a small alley, unconscious, with blood all around your body?"

F.R.I.D.A.Y alerted Tony yesterday about Peter's vitals. She announced to him that Peter hadn't been breathing and seemed to be unconscious. Tony nearly got a heart attack from hearing the news, he called Happy to pick Peter up from school, because he was in Norway for business trip. After calling Happy and gestured an apologize to his colleagues, he fly back to New York. Only to be greeting by bloody unconscious Peter Parker in the med bay while Bruce taking care of him. Tony had given Peter the special watch, through the watch, the AI could update Tony about Peter's whereabouts. His heart almost fell out from his ass, the minute he saw Peter with IV placing to his hands. The boy woken up after 2 hours of unconsciousness.

Tony had to lie to his aunt about what happened. Because he honestly didn't know what had happened to him. Saying, he suddenly needed the kid to work with him working on some papers. Tony couldn't drive the kid home with his condition or May would never allow Peter to work with Tony Stark anymore. Besides, Bruce was here, he knew the most what Peter needed and would take care of him in the med bay. So at least, Peter's condition would be so much better the next day.

Peter still didn't want to answer Tony's question list. He didn't want to be a bother to all the Avengers. Since he was the youngest from all of them, sometimes Peter felt they treat him like a little child. On a missions, sometimes they would prevent him from doing the dangerous one, and left him with the easiest choice like helping collect the hostages. Peter liked helping, especially all the hostages in the missions. But he was ready for something big, something that suitable for his powers. He got spider senses, super strength, and enhanced healing. Why wouldn't they let him to be a hero he had to be? Fighting bad guys in a cool move and trick.
