The Deadly Assassin

So Peter had this head canon where he would call every Avengers as polite as possible. But when it came to the ladies (especially to Natasha and Wanda) Peter would be super polite, too much even.

But Peter started to get used to call the Avengers by their names after some forcing. He hesitated a bit though, but the welcoming warm they shown to him, had made him comfortable enough to call them by their names. It was just yesterday, Peter bravely yelled at Hawkeye by not addressing him with "sir" frills for annoying him when he was talking on the phone with MJ. He was clearly screaming Clint's name out loud as his face getting redden and redden. Natasha remembered how flustered everyone even the boy himself after he yelled then the boy quickly apologized to Clint and began to call his name with the respectful manner and tone again.

Luckily, Clint was chilled about it. As he realized he was the one who mocked the boy by saying if Peter was on the phone with his girlfriend. They became acted like a kid again after that and starting to mock each other even further. Natasha like talking to the boy. Peter had told her many interesting experience about his life. About how he and his friends Ned would sometimes spend a whole weekend by building a Lego, currently there were at least 1400 Legos. Even Natasha amused by that record.

When some of the Avengers found Peter's blabbering quiet annoying if it gone any longer, Natasha found it amazingly adorable. She knew what Peter's like or dislike by the time he told her about his breakfast, what's his allergic to, his friend's name, his activities in Decathlon, his hobbies, and Natasha had to remind herself no to laugh too loud to embarrass the boy when he told her if he had full set collection of the Avengers and happened to have an underwear of Captain America image. Peter said it was limited edition and he even dared to make Natasha swear not to tell anyone. So as you could see, they both grew fond at each other. Natasha thought Peter more of her nephew.

Since Peter was a high schooler, sometimes when he spent the weekend at compound he brought his homework with him. Tony would help him with physics and math, Bruce would help him with chemistry and biology, Steve or Bucky would help him with history, then Clint or sometimes Natasha would help him with Spanish. Peter great at speaking in Spanish, but sometimes he practiced more with Clint to speak more fluently. Sometimes for one day, it would just Peter and Clint talked to each other in Spanish. And the Hawkeye had to remind the boy to not say something secret because Natasha and Bucky could understand clearly what they were talking.

Mostly, Wanda and Peter spent their time together by making prank or even cooking. Surprisingly, the boy now how to cook and loved the new recipe Wanda wanted to try on. She remembered clearly that one time Tony had banned both teenagers from going into the kitchen because they were almost set the kitchen on fire by trying out something new from their recipes. It took a whole week for Tony to trust the teenagers to enter his kitchen again. With the provision, Vision had to be around them so he could alert any of the Avengers if the teenagers started to burn the kitchen again. Which would only happen if Wanda had not stop him from telling the others with her magic.

Today, Natasha was the only member at the compound. Well, not frankly alone since Peter went out with his friends this morning. Tony was going to Germany along with Bruce and Sam. Steve, Bucky, and Vision were off to London. Then Clint, Rhodey, and Wanda were off to Hongkong. Thor? Well the God of Thunder was off with the Guardians of the Galaxy for some universe business. Since she had finished her one month mission alone, the other Avengers agreed that she deserved a break. So Natasha was just relaxing in her room with book attached to her face, until she heard a soft knock on her door. She lowered her book to see Peter Parker was standing nervously as he started to messily playing with the hem of his shirt. Oh, Natasha took a quick noticed if Peter could be weirdly talkative and oddly shy at the same time.
