Make Up Your Mind Freddy

~Summer~

The other day, I was pretty hurt that Freddy might like Maya and Kale still. He's honestly a player and I don't want to have anything to do with him anymore. He played me, he played Kale, now he's after Maya, he's basically played every girl in the school except Tomika and Esme because they're taken.

I could see that Riley likes Zack and Lucas but I wont let her take Zack away from Tomika. He makes her too happy and I don't want my bestfriend to loose someone she loves....like I did.

Today is Saturday and Asher's birthday party is today and he invited me so I'm getting ready. I know he invited Freddy because they made up after all their drama over me. I still can't believe they were fighting for a part in the play just because of me.

I put on a plain white crop top and a red pencil skirt and white flats. I curled my hair and tied it up into a ponytail. I grabbed the gift I got for Asher and got a ride form my mom to the hotel he was having his party at. 

When I got there, Tomika was at the entrance waiting for me in black high-waisted shorts, a white lace and a floral cardigan. She was also wearing black combat boots with a red rose embroidered on the side. Her hair was straightened and it was pulled to the side.

"Hey, Tomiks!" I ran up to her waving off to my mom. "Summer! you look fab!" She said and hugged me. "You too! I love what you did with your hair by the way." I complimented her.

"I just straightened it." She shrugged playing with the ends of the strands of her hair. "well it looks gorgeous." I smiled. "You would think that if you knew how many times I burned myself with that straightening iron." She mumbled and I laughed.

"Hey do you see Zack anywhere?" She asked looking around for him. "No I don't think he's here yet." I shrugged and helped he look. "Oh, there he is." She said and started walking away. "Wait! You're just going to ditch me?" I yelled but she ignored me and started talking to Zack. 

"Hey, Summer." Someone behind me said and made me jump in fear. "Ahh!" I yelled and turned around only to see the friendly face of Asher.

"Oh, hey!" I said and he laughed. "Scared ya, didn't I?" He smiled. "Yeah, Happy Birthday by the way!" I gave him a kind hug. "Thank you, Summer. And thanks for coming. I'm not that popular so I didn't think anyone would come." He said sadly. "Are you kidding me? This party looks lit from here. I can't wait to go inside."

"Well, shall we?" He offered and I nodded making my way inside with him.

When I got in there, I saw Freddy sitting it the corner talking to some blonde girl. Wow, he must really like blondes. I knew it wasn't Kale or Maya because they were talking somewhere else with Riley and Lucas. Guess they got back together.

Asher left me to go greet more guest so I just sat at a table and waited for Tomika. She later came in with Zack and they sat down with me.

"Hey, Sum." She said and I rolled my eyes at her. "Got a problem?" She said with attitude. "Of course. My bestfriend ditched me." I said like it was obvious.

"Don't blame me. I was just going to greet him. You could have followed." She said. "Well, then I blame you Zack." I accused. "Me? What did I ever do?" he asked offended.

"You just had to show up to the party." I rolled my eyes.

"Sum, are you okay?" Tomika asked with pity in her eyes. "Yes! Why wouldn't I be?!" I asked overly happy. 

"Because one minute your so happy and then the next minute you have a huge attitude. Are you having mood swings or something?" She asked. "You know what, Tomika? I'm fine. And I'm ditching you two. Just like you, did to me." I said and walked away from them.
