Chapter 34

Ashton's POV

"I can't believe we're finally meeting," Kim said, running his hand through my hair. He leaned forward and placed a kiss on my lips, giving me butterflies. "There, now you've kissed a boy."

I let out a quick laugh as I blushed. "Thank you."

He nodded and grabbed my hand, "I think we should get inside and order some food."

"That sounds amazing, I'm starving." this time he was laughing, as we walked into the restaurant together.

All I could think was that I was finally meeting Kim as he was more gorgeous in person then he was through a screen. I couldn't stop looking at him and back at our hands, assuring myself that this is real and this is actually happening. I felt like I had been on Catfish and finally met the person I had liked forever, but you know without all the suspicion.

A waitress noticed us walking in and brought us to an open table. She introduced herself and handed us two menus.

"I don't know if you know, but after this weekend it will be four months since we started talking." Kim stated.

"Really?" I said, it felt like such a shorter length of time. I guess time flies.

"Yeah, we started talking on November 16th."

"I can't believe you remember the exact date."

"And I can't believe you're sitting right in front of me. I always thought meeting you would be just a dream and it would never happen." Kim admitted.

"I'll be honest, I was always scared. There were so many things that could go wrong. Your feelings could be the opposite of mine, you could've been somebody pretending to be someone else, you could have stood me up.." I rambled.

"But none of those things happened," Kim said with a smile, "and now we're together."

"Hello, do you know what you'd like to order?" the waitress asked.

"I think I'll have the steak and some milk." I ordered.

"Milk?" Kim asked, with a laugh.

"What? I like to drink milk." I said giggling along with him. (because we all know Ash's laugh is a little giggle.)

"I'll get the spaghetti and water, please."

"I hope you don't plan on the Lady and the Tramp scene." I said causing him to laugh.

"I wouldn't mind, but that wasn't my plan. I just like spaghetti." he said. "But anyways, tell me more about you. I know we've spoke for a few months, but you know now we're actually face-to-face."

"I don't know what you want to know," I said thinking, "I mean I have told you a lot."

"Tell me anything."

"Hmm.." I said thinking for a moment. "Well, you know who my friends are, I'm sure I've talked about them enough."

He nodded. "I remember Calum because he's like your best friend. Remind me who they are again." he said with a smile. I wasn't sure if he actually forgot or he just wanted to hear me talk about my life.

"Well there's Michael, he's the one with a different hair color every few months. He's dating Alex who just moved here this year. She's really nice, but she's probably the most mature one out of all of us. We're all pretty silly. There's Payton, and let me tell you her and Alex are not friendly at all. They pretty much hate each other, but lately I think things have been okay between them. Payton is best friend's with Michael and she was dating Luke, but stuff happened between them that split them up."
