Luke's POV

Her hair was askew, but she had a giant smile on her face.

"That was amazing!" She squealed.

"Thank you." I smiled at her.

"It took forever to get out of there though. Security wouldn't let me come back here." She started fixing her hair, but the smile never left her face.

"Yeah, they'll be out there for another hour or so. We probably won't be able to, or at least shouldn't, leave until the majority of them are gone." I moved closer to her for no reason-- just to feel closer to her. I dwarfed her; her head came up just below my shoulder. She looked up at me and smiled.

I felt warm inside, and it wasn't because we just ended a concert.

"Well, I'm starving." Calum interrupted our small moment.

"When aren't you hungry?" Michael laughed as he walked over to the food table to get something to eat himself.

"Never." Calum joked as he shoved some pizza into his mouth.

"Hungry?" I asked Amelia as we crossed the room near the table.

"Is there anything other than pizza?" She asked seemingly nervously.

Everyone stopped to look at her. "Leave." Ashton pointed to the door with crumbs dancing on his lips.

Amelia furrowed her brows. "Don't discriminate against me because I'm not pizza's number one fan."

"But we are pizza's number one fans, and you've just insulted us." I explained to her.

She huffed and grabbed a small slice of pizza, and she made her way back to the couch. I sat next to her with several pieces piled on top of each other. We all talked about the show and laughed while we ate.

Amelia and I had scooted a little closer throughout the conversation, but we weren't touching. Michael noticed our positions and looked at me quizzically.

"Uh, Ashton? Calum? I'm gonna go put my gear away." He pointed his thumb to the door.

"We don't do that..." Ashton reminded him, oblivious to Michael's intentions.

"We do today." Michael grabbed Ashton and headed toward the door. "Calum?" Michael waited epectantly.

"Luke isn't going." Calum protested.

"Luke already put his stuff away. Didn't you, Luke?"

"Oh, uh, yes." I nodded my head.

"Cal, I think James wanted to talk to you." Ashton hinted.

Finally, Calum gave in and joined them as they left.

Amelia sat there playing with the hem on her shirt. "Thanks again." She smiled up at me.

"Thanks for coming." I smiled back at her, and she got up from her seat.

Walking back over to the food table, she grabbed a cookie and jumped up onto the counter. Hesitant at first, I joined her-- placing myself next to her as our feet dangled above the floor.

"Did you see Michael trip when we were walking out onto the stage?" I almost started laughing just saying that.

Amelia did that. "Yes! His face was priceless! The girls next to me screamed. They were like "Oh my gosh! My baby almost fell! He could have died!" I kicked their drink over." She admitted nonchalantly.

A burst of laughter escaped my mouth. "You-- why?" My smile now streching across my face.

"They were annoying the entire time. Plus, when they sang so loudly into my ears, they sang off key." She started laughing again at the memory. "The one girl stepped in it and got upset because they were new shoes."
