Chapter 14

"Erikkkkk" you wined from the passenger side "Dont you think this blindfold is a tad bit ridiculous? "

He chuckled "No. Besides we're almost there. Just five more minutes. " he stated reassuringly.

Five minutes later the car came to a hault and you heard Erik get out of the car and seconds later your door opened and Erik guided you out.

"Okay now stand here and take off your blindfold. " he said and you did as instructed.

You opened your eyes to see the most beautiful mansion. It looked very old fashioned and stunning. The detail was amazing and it was huge. Your jaw dropped in awe.

"Im guessing you like it. I remember you said you love architecture and old buildings so i thought you'd love it but if you dont i understand i just-" Erik rambled and you zoned out for a second.

"Erik." you said stopping him with tears in your eyes. "This is the absolute sweetest thing that anyone has done for me. I cant believe you remember that silly stuff! I told you that on our second date years ago. I love you so much Erik!" you said kissing him gently on the lips. "Can we go in?" you asked hopefully.

"Of course! I know the owner. Lets go." he said pulling you towards the door.

You saw a sign near the door stating
Xaviers School for Gifted Youngers.

Xavier? Like Charles Xavier? You asked yourself. You opened your mouth to ask Erik when the door opened.

You saw a brown haired guy with glasses at the door.

"Erik. What a surprise. "he said in a dull voice.

Erik grinned at him "Hank. Nice to see you. This is Analise Anderson." he said gestuing to you. You stuck your hand out and shook Hank's hand. He smiled widely at you and held your hand a little longer than expected. "My girlfriend." Erik added jealously.

"Of course. " Hank said letting your hand go.

"Hank McCoy. Come in. " you two entered the house. "I'll go get Charles." Hank said heading up the stairs.

You took this time to look around the mansion. It completely captivated you with it beauty.

"Charles used to run a school here for young mutants but when the war started most of his students got drafted. He lost the will to continue. " Erik informed right before you heard footsteps. You turned to see Charles and Hank coming down the stairs. Hank was carrying Charles and when he reached the bottom he placed Charles in a wheelchair and Charles pushed a button and made his way towards us.

"Erik! Ana! Glad you could come. Its always nice to have guests now and then."

You bent down to hug him and Erik shook his hand.

"Come," he said wheeling away. "Lets get out of this hallway!"

For the next two hours you and Hank listened to Charles and Erik talk and laugh about their past. Suddenly there was a knock at the door and Hank went to go answer it. A few moments later he entered the room with a beautiful blonde following him.

"Ahh Raven what a surprise. " Charles said smiling.

"I wanted to check on you. Make sure you were talking care of your self." she said with a beautiful voice. "I didnt know you would have guests. Erik. " she greeted.

"Hello Raven" Erik said emphasizing on her name. "This is Analise."

"Hello Analise. Nice to meet you." she said a bit coldly. "Erik can i speak to you in private." she demanded rather than asked.

They exited the room leaving you with Charles and Hank.

You and the guys talked for a few more minutes before you told Hank how much you loved old fashioned houses and architecture.

"Would you like a tour? I could give you one if you want." Hank offered.

You two left Charles with some work to do.

Hank really went into detail about some of the features in the mansion he also talked about the school a little and was currently in the process of showing you the rooms. Hank got the last door on the left and opened it. You lagged a bit behind. You saw him speedily close the door.

"I dont think we should go in there." he said.

"Hank dont be silly. " you stated pushing him aside and opening the door before he could stop you.

You saw Raven and Erik caught in a kiss. Erik's eyes fluttered open and his eyes locked with yours. He pushed Raven and away and began walking towards you.

"Ana I can explain." he said with his hands in the air as surrender.

Hank pushed Erik's chest before he could get to you.

You heard them arguing as you ran off, and out the back entrance Hank had introduced to you earlier.
