*Adam's pov

"What?" I asked slipping out of bed answering Shawn's call. "You're playing Mandalay Bay New Year's Eve" he repeated. "Don't bullshit me Shawn" I said walking into the hall. "This is it Levine" he said and I could hear his smile. "You just made my entire week" I almost screamed. "I have the feeling you want a different set list then the one you've been using, so plan it out." "Bye Shawn" I grinned. I ran downstairs and grabbed my notebook and sat with Frankie. "Well girl what do you think?" I asked staring at her. She curled up, her head in my lap, and looked up at me pitifully. "Alright give me like 10 minutes" I said smiling. Hm... this love, she will be loved, misery, the sun, moves like jagger, payphone, one more night, and daylight. I shrugged, "I'll keep the set list" I said looking at Frankie. "Come on let's go for a walk" I said. I left a note and grabbed her leash. We took a long walk and I stopped to order breakfast and have it delivered before heading home. I checked the time, 9:30, perfect.

I unleashed Frankie and headed to the kitchen for a water. "Oh, hi Ms. Carlisle" I smiled. "Good morning Mr. Levine, call me Wendy" "Adam please" I said. "Adam, I hope I'm not too early I wanted to pick up a few things before coming over, you mentioned you hadn't gone food shopping yet" she said. "That's fine" I said, "so I hear you are amazing" I said. "I wouldn't go that far but I enjoy working and I don't mind doing what others would consider out of their job description" she said. "Like food shopping?" I asked gesturing to the fruit and vegetables littering the counter. She laughed, "yes. I didn't know what you liked so I picked up a few simple things for now." "That's fine Gianna and I were going to go today anyway" I smiled, "but thank you" I said. "Oh no, please, allow me. Just make a list and I can go" she said. "No need for that Wendy, we can do that" I said. "Adam? Who's here?" Gi called downstairs before appearing moments later. "Oh Gi, this is Ms. Carlisle, er, Wendy. She's our new house keeper. I figured we could use it especially with me on tour and you running 222 and the baby." I said biting my lip. "Oh, actually that's perfect because I'm not that great of a cook and taking care of the baby will keep me busy" she laughed. "Well it would be my pleasure to teach you to cook if you'd like" Wendy said smiling. "I would love that" she said smiling. I smiled at Gianna, I can't imagine her cooking anything extravagant. "Well Wendy feel free to look around and make a list of everything you don't do and we'll talk" I said. "I'll make it easy, I cook, clean, go food shopping, do laundry, and anything else you may need, including childcare" she said. "Wow, um, okay then. In that case, take a look around and you can start whenever you like" I said shrugging. She nodded and went on her way.

"I need to make a couple calls and then go have a quick band meeting," I said kissing my gorgeous fiancée. "Really babe?" she asked sadly. "Sorry baby, but Shawn just told me we are playing Mandalay Bay New Year's Eve" I smirked. "Are you serious?!" she shouted kissing me. I nodded, "well then that's going to be one hell of a New Year's Eve" she said hugging me tight. "I love you" I whispered. "I love you too." She whispered into my neck. "I guess I should plan our wedding and nonexistent honeymoon she laughed. "I promise this summer I will make it up to you" I said. "I don't need it" she said and kissed me again. "Mm you smell good," I said. "Thanks babe. It's hard to find a fragrance I like that isn't too much" she said. I eyed her, "what if I made you one" I asked staring at her. "You want to make a fragrance?" she asked. "Why not?" I asked. "Cause you said you hated celebrity fragrances" she said. "I keep forgetting you're a fan" I said shaking my head. "Oh why not, do it" she smirked.

"Can I have another marshmallow?" I heard as I headed down the stairs to the yard. "Sure" I heard Gianna giggle as she came into view. "S'mores?! And you couldn't wait for me?" I teased. "Nope" Katie giggled. "Did you at least save me some?" I said sitting on the lawn chair with Gi. "Of course!" Makayla said smiling brightly. "Good!" I laughed. "Hey baby" I said kissing Gianna. "Hey Addy" I said. "So I was thinking, January 18, at sunset then we can have a honeymoon anywhere you like before tour starts up again" I asked. "Sounds perfect babe, where?" "I was thinking at Newcastle, it's beautiful over there and then maybe Hawaii." "Wow you've put a lot of thought into this!" she said happily. "I love that idea baby" she said kissing me. "Good I booked it, and the caterer, and the cake" I said grinning. "Damn you're good. I suppose I should find a dress and come up with a wedding party" she laughed. "Probably" I chuckled, "Big wedding or small?" I asked. "Small" she said. "Good just family and friends. Wedding party?" I asked. "How about May, Ali, Rozzi, I miss her it's been like what 3 weeks since I've seen her? And um, let's keep it there" she said smiling. "Hmm so Michael, James, and Jesse" I said grinning. "Now all I need are dresses" she said. "Get shopping baby" I laughed. "Ooh I like the sound of that!" she giggled. "I'll get shopping tomorrow" she said kissing me.
