Elena POV
I can't believe what's happening. So I've only just Learnt how to feed off of people without killing them since I can't feed from blood bags. Alaric is finally out of the coma Bonnie put him since she found a spell so he wouldn't die when I did and everything was settling down. But then Alaric got a call saying Jeremy was arrested for murder. And now I just opened the door ready to leave for the airport when I saw Elijah ready to knock.
"Elijah. What are you doing here?" I asked in a hurried tone.
"Well I came to see how you were adjusting but I see I may have come at a bad time" he said and I just nodded my head. My brother is possibly going to go to prison for murder and he's wanting to see if I'm okay, I'm not really a priority right now.
"Well my brothers been arrested for murder and I need to get to New York like now" I Said and Elijah frowned as Damon and Alaric came downstairs. They were coming along to New York since Alaric was Jeremy's guardian and Damon had to make sure I stayed in control.
"Well if I could be of assistance I have experience being a lawyer at the beginning of this century?" Offered Elijah and I practically heard Alaric and Damon nodding.
"Thank you Elijahso much, if it's not any trouble?" I asked and he shook his head telling us he'd meet us in New York and he'd be there when we arrived and he sped away, probably to pack.
"Okay so we should probably really get to the airport, so how bout it?" Said Damon an I nodded springing back into action and we all hauled it to Damon's Camaro and Damon sped to the airport at breakneck speed, like it would help us get to NY quicker even though our plane wasn't setting off for awhile. The worst thing about the airport was when I just sat down in our seats on the plane and the lady in the row across the aisle asked why we were going to NY and Damon replied.
"Oh her brother murdered 5 people so we have to go for the trial and legal reasons etcetera" he said and the women gave us an alarmed look before smiling and turning back to what I think is her husband, "he's only 16 too" Said Damon a little louder so the women could hear him.
"This is gonna be fun"
"I know 4 hours in a cramped environment with me, I bet you wish there were just less people and then we'd have some real fun"

Natasha POV
I was watching him through the glass as May Parker tried to reassure him. Jeremy created conflicted feelings within me espeacially when talking to May. Jealousy, hate, disappointment and guilt were some but the most prominent 2 were pride and love and I hated it. I treated him like he was something other than the monster he is, I wanted to see him like that but I couldn't because he wasn't capable of it and that was he worst part.
"Romanoff what's going on with you, why do you care so much that this kid goes to prison?" Asked Steve who was the only other Avenger here with me. We manage to identify the people Jeremy killed as HYDRA so that's when we got involved.
"Nothing" I replied as an answer. What was I suppose to tell him? The truth? It would hurt him too much, it would hurt me too much and cause an even bigger mess than there already is. "Are the others kids here yet?" I asked and he nodded his head, telling me they'd just arrived.
"They want me to ask the kids about Jeremy, you gonna be okay?" Steve asked and I just nodded still watching the kid. I heard him walk away but I didn't watch him leave are look away from Jeremy. He'd been here about four hours and I'd been told his family had just arrived at the airport and were meeting a lawyer before coming to the station, someone by the name of Elijah Mikaelson.
I'd make sure he went to prison for something anything, otherwise I don't know if I could protect him.

Jeremy POV
I'd been sat with Aunt May for awhile as she tried to reassure me everything would be okay. But then she spotted the file and she was looking through it with horror stricken eyes. And when she was done she turned to me.
"It wasn't your fault okay? I get why you never told us and we will make sure you don't go to prison well do what we have to Okay?" She asked and I nodded just as the door opened for the interrogation room.
"Jeremy?" Elena asked and I broke out into a smile and sat up straighter as her, Alaric, Damon and for some reason Elijah filed into the room. "Hey your okay everything will be fine" she assured me as she cane and hugged me from the side since I was handcuffed to the table. "But who is this?" She whispered in my ear when she lent down and I saw Aunt May looking awkward in the chair next to me.
"That would be Aunt May Parker she's been practically looking after me and Care" I told her and she nodded. "So what's with Mr. Suits being here?" I asked nodding my head to Elijah.
"He's offered to be your lawyer" said Ric and I nodded my head at the original in thanks.
"Well he'll need to be damn good if he thinks your not going down"
