Jeremy POV

"Make it stop!!" I heard being groaned as I woke up. I was in a cell, high security I'm guessing, and the other Team Cap memebers including Kol were in the circle of glass cells. "What's he even singing?" He groaned as Kol chanted, what?

"Kol What are you doing?" I asked the vampire sitting up, feeling the bandages on my chest.

"Hoping my witch powers will magically reappear, one of the downsides to vampirism" spoke Kol before he started chanting again. "I'm cursing" he said interrupting his curse or hex or whatever voodoo shot he was saying. "Davina!!!!" He groaned as he collapsed dramatically giving up.

"Has he stopped?" Asked Clint and I winced.

"Wait for it" I Said and the  it started again, although he wasn't saying the same thing.

"Davina!!! Davina!!! Has nobody noticed I'm missing yet? Klaus better have killed the old blonde, I like Cami better" groaned Kol and he kept up the nonsense for what felt like hours, it was 5 minutes. And then some guards came in with a guy in a very official looking suit.

"Jeremy Gilbert, come with us please" said the guy in the suit so I stepped out of the now open cell doors and followed the man down lots of hallways and a few stairs. And he then motioned for me to enter a room, which I did, which was filled with more people in official looking suits alon with Natasha, Tony and Caroline.

"Please sit down" Said one women with a very posh voice, could it be I was talking to the younger queen of England? "As you know we have apprehended the group that assisted Captain Rogers and Sergeant Barnes in their efforts to get to Siberia which they accomplished" Said the lady before pulling out a file. "However we are also aware that when leaving the scene of Barnes latest attack you were unconscious which makes us believe you had no other choice but to help the fugitives" said the lady and I just stared blankly at her.

"Why exactly am I here? Unless you just want to tell me what I've already lived through?" I asked the lady and she nodded seemingly satisfied with something, maybe it was just my good looks.

"We'd like to offer you a deal Mr. Gilbert" she said and I raised a curious eyebrow. "In the event of a serious event such as an alien invasion or perhaps if Mr. Stark or anyone we give access to you needs your assistance you'll be called in to work" she said so I nodded thinking it over.

"What about when I'm not working?" I Said and Tony, Nat and Care sat up to protest.

"That hasn't been finalised" Said Tony in a determined voice. "What you proposed isn't negotiable he's a kid he needs to live his life"

"Hes 18 and capable of making his own decisions" said the women angrily before turning to me calmly. "The offer only stands if you agree to our terms" she said putting an emphasis on 'our'. "When you aren't caked to serve the states or protect earth you'll be put into cryogenic stasis" she told me and I nodded slowly.

"Where would I be placed?" I asked and Caroline sat forward.

"If he agrees to this you have to agree to my term" Said the blonde seriously. "He stays in a cryogenic chamber or whatever it's called in Mystic Falls in a secure location which will only be disclosed to those who need to know" she proposed and I saw the suits exchange glances.

"We can agree to that, but if anything was to happen to him or if we find out he wasn't in cryostasis you and those involved will be apprehended and the deal terminated and Jeremy will be disposed of swiftly" she said and I nodded my head.

"Where do I sign?" I asked and Caroline looked at me upset. "But first I have a condition" I told her as she pushed the document forward. "If my family and friends in Mystic Falls are in danger and they believe they need my help I'm out of cryo and back in when the issue is resolved" I Said and the women nodded and I was then handed a new document, an updated one. Wow they work fast.

"We can agree to that, I admire your desire to help those you care about" she told me so I nodded absentmindedly looking at the document. "Are you going to sign?"

"When we work out the deal your going to make the others" I told her sitting up folding my hands elbows on the arm chair. "Some of them have families or are young themselves" I told her so the women nodded. "House arrest?" I offered and she nodded printing some other documents.

"Done, now sign" she said and so I did.

And then I was in cryo, I was whisked away so fast I didn't get to say goodbye to anyone.
