Chapter 28: Human

Jeremy POV 

Bucky has broken out. 

Perfect. 

Apparently Sam was with us as well. Barnes had thrown Sam into the wall and then at the thing he was held in. He then turned to Steve punching him before he threw him down the elevator. Anna was trying to get me to run, I couldn't get past her because she had a foothold somehow and was able to hold me back. Until I shit her out when Steve fell down the elevator shaft. 

Grabbing Barnes I threw him away from the elevator. He turned quickly getting up looking murderous, somehow I don't think that's any different to usual. He tried to punch me with his metal arm, his left one, but I grabbed his wrist and kicked his side. Then using the grip I had on his wrist I threw him through a window, into a canteen area or something I don't know. 

And Agents descended upon him like there was no tomorrow. And I jumped down just as Tony blasted him with something. Barnes shot at Tony's glasses, thankfully bulletproof, and then the gun was broken apart and Barnes punched Tony sending him flying. 

Tackling him we clashed with the tables and I got the upper hand. Punching him a few times before he grabbed my wrist and threw me off him. He stood and prepared to go somewhere when another blonde haired agent and Natasha showed up. The agentkicked him and ducked out of the way as Natasha also ducked down and punched his leg. When he tried to grab her the agent tried to kick his head but he grabbed her and flipped up onto a table. And then Nat was on his shoulders elbowing the top of his head and he had her pinned to a table. 

"You can at least recognise me" she managed to say even when Barnes was choking her and I tackled him off of her. Standing I saw Caroline coming round the corner and she jumped onto his back so I rushed forward punching his gut. He grabbed Caroline and threw her over his shoulder and I caught her although we went umbling to the ground. 

"Go check on Tony" I said to her and she nodded as I saw T'Challa fighting Barnes. T'Challa mainly kicked him keeping out of the way of his hands but when Barnes punched his chest he went back until he landed in a very low crouch. I followed him as he moved towards the stairs. 

He heard me as we got to the top of the stairs and I held out my hands. He tried to punch me but I grabbed his metal fist as pulled it down. I kicked up wrapping my legs around his head and pulling him to the ground. Punching his face whilst down I saw it didn't deter him any as he used the hand I didn't have ahold of to grab the back of my jacket and pull me backwards. Rolling as he pullled me back it took off my jacket which he threw to the floor as he stood. And then T'Challa appeared over the stairs. He went to kick high as I punched his abs T'Challa went behind him and kicked again which took away his balance so I grabbed his shirt to throw him down the stairs but he pulled me with him. 

At the bottom of the stairs as Barnes stood T'Challa kicked him to the wall and he fell down a gap. We went to find him back in the canteen area but he was gone. 

"Where is he?" Asked T'Challa and I shrugged before I left to try find him. I was near the top of the building when I saw Steve going through a door that led to the roof, so I followed. When I got to the roof I saw Steve holding a helicopter so it wouldn't get away. Running forward I made to try get into the helicopter to Barnes but the helicopter was rammed into the building. Ducking down I only got a scratch as it twisted round. Seeing Steve was struggling a bit I moved towards the window to get Barnes when his hand shot forward and he started to choke me. 

"Bucky don't, let go" Shouted Steve as he tried to pry Buckys hand from my throat but the helicopter was falling so I made him let go. "Jeremy!!" He shouted as the helicopter fell into the water. 

After that everything went black.
