Chapter 23: Runaway

Jeremy POV 

"I feel like I've been hit with a train that been coated in vibranium and then been beat up by squirrels looking for revenge, so thank you Stefan" I spoke sarcastically as I woke up making the mentioned vampire roll his eyes. Sitting up I saw Elena, Caroline, Alaric, Bonnie, Damon, Stefan, Steve, Tony and Natasha all looking at me with worried eyes. 

"How you feeling?" Asked Natasha with that stupidly annoying emotionless voice, ugh. 

"Fine I guess" I Said before cracking my neck. So what I had to relive some childhood trauma not like they didn't get me out. 

"We cane up with a solution that the Wakandans agreed to" Said Tony with a hard voice before he put a backpack along with a pile of clothes next to me on the small twin bed I was on. "You need to go off-grid" he said finally and I looked up shocked. "Just take the bag it's got a card for a bank account which I want you to use at least every so often so we know your alive and if you lose it phone then number programmed into the phone in the bag and I'll cancel it, okay?" Said Tony before he nodded to himself and he hesitantly started to walk to the balcony. Looking around I saw the upset faces of Nat and Steve and my sister and her friends. 

"Well I uh I guess I'll um see you all around?" I Said hesitantly after I'd gotten changed into the clothes Tony provided. I picked up the backpack as everyone just stared at me like I was dying and they didn't know what to say. "Thanks" I Said to them all before I walked out of the door. I got down to the street before I heard my name being called. By Elena. 

"I'm going to miss you" She said as we hugged as I nodded into her shoulder. "And I'm going to tell everyone I meet about you and that your my little brother and that your always going to be family" she said as she pulled away from our hug as she held my face between her faces. 

"I'll miss you too Elena" I said to her and she nodded before stepping away before I was nearly tackled to the floor by a mop of blonde hair. "Hey Care-bear" I Said into the girls hair as she cling to me. "I'll miss you" I told her and I felt her nodd into my chest. "Tell Aunt May, Peter and Ned I'll miss them too" I Said and she nodded pulling away. 

"I'll miss you, now go" she said with a disheartened smile. 

"Do I get my goodbye?" Asked Nat, or mom I guess. I simply opened my arms for a hug as we just hugged silently. "There's a train going to Irkutsk in about an hour. It's other side of Russia" she said so I nodded and moved away from her. Looking at everyone else I just nodded before turning round and walking away. And I walked through the crowd getting lost in the sea of people away from the eyes of three Avengers and some of the supernaturals of Mystic Falls. 

And I fell off the grid.
