Janice's rebellion

I cried after they took him away. I don't know what it was but there was something I really liked about him. I was realizing I has a small crush on him.

Justin came to me and conforted me as I cried.

"Don't worry. He'll be fine" Justin said

Suddenly my saddness turned into anger. "No! I'm done waiting for things to go right! Nothing's going to change if we just stay here expecting things to work themselves out! If we want out of here we'll have to fight for our freedom!" I said.

"Janice, they have way too many people here with magic powers that are beyound our abilities" Justin said.

"No, she's right" Joan said.

"Besides, maybe they can take down one person but can they take down a whole army of people fighting to be free" Someone else said.

"What? Have you all gone mad? This is a death wish" Justin said.

"No. The real death wish is staying here. They don't even treat us right. If we want them too the only way they can is for us to fight. I say we start tomorrow morning. Who's with me?" I asked. Everyone in my cell except for Justin walked to my side and I heard everyone in the other cells agreeing to be with me.

"I guess I can't stop you but I don't like this. It's not safe for you. If it's really that important to you I'll stand with you though. I've got your back forever and always" Justin said.

"Thanks Justin. It really means a lot to me. Now to form our plan of action" I said.

So, we all stayed up all night forming a plan of rebellion against all the gaurds and even Katie and the three big bad wolves to us.

Then morning came. They all feed us breakfeast and we acted as we normally did for the most part anyway. There were a couple of people that smiled at the gaurds and all the others.

Once we went to go to work though we worked through the day a little bit and waited until about lunch time when they would all be in one place to make our job easier. As they started to get together so did we. We waited until the time was right then and then we started the battle and rebellion for our freedom.

The gaurds tried to fight back but we weren't having it. We fought to the best of our abilities.

I transformed into my fairy form and a red light surrounded me and I used a music beam on the gaurds to make help out the others a lot. Then I flew past everyone. I was going to rescue Vanth though. Justin came with me on foot as best as he could. Once I reached where he was I saw Leo using his magic on Vanth as he gritted his teeth.

I used my music power on the ground then to make a small earthquake and make Leo lose his balence.

This made Leo turn around to look at me. Vanth also looked at me with a worried and scared for me look.

"Let him go or else" I said giving him a death glare.

"Your not challenging me are you?" Leo said.

"Music scream spell" I said.

Then Leo covered his ear because he heard a really loud sound in his ear. While he was distracted I helped free Vanth.

"Go back to work before you get hurt" I said.

"I can't. Everyone is rebelling against the gaurds and Leo, and the others" I said.

Vanth didn't say anything then.

Leo then uncovered his ears and I realized that the spell had taken it's course and I didn't have enough magic energy to use another spell like that.

"Vanth run. I'll do whatever I can to save you" I said.

"As if you can save yourself from the most powerful wizard in the world" Leo said.

Leo grabed me then and Vanth grabbed his hand.

"I'm not in the best mood right now and I suggest you release her or else you'll have to deal with me" Vanth said angerly.

"Oh. I'm so scared" Leo said sarcastically.

"Trust me when I say you should be. Exspecailly after messing with my family!" Vanth said then as a black light surrounded him and he gave him one of his looks and then he had his hand held out and a magic black ball surrounded Leo then. The next thing we knew was he was on the ground unconcious.

"Wha....What did you do to him" I asked then scared of the person Vanth had turned into.

"I didn't mean to do anything to him like that" Vanth said.

I tried to feel for a pulse on him but came up empty. So I slowly turned to him.

"Vanth you.....you killed him" I said suddenly a bit scared of him.

"It's not like I was trying to" Vanth said.

"I guess so" I said looking at him with a sad face because I knew that being with him would be bad. I realized I had to let him go.

"You should have let me stay there though. I could have seen my sister. Now I can't though cause I'm stuck here" he said coldly then.

"V....Vanth are you okay? You seem a bit different" I asked.

"I'm fine. You know what though. Maybe this power that I've been given is a gift" Vanth said.

"What! What do you mean maybe it's a gift?" I asked.

"I mean maybe I can give people a piece of there own medicine. After all, if they are low enough to treat us like this then why can't I destroy the world and everything they love" Vanth said.

"Everything they love? Including me.....Justin........our friends?" I asked.

"No, your nice. You don't deserve to have such a thing happen to you. But the rest of them. They will pay. You and I could stay and make a new more peaceful world" Vanth said.

"No. I don't like the way your talking Vanth" I said as I slowly backed away from him. I just didn't know what to do and I was scared as I ever could be.

"Please, I know your still the kind and sweet Vanth I fell in love with" I said.

"Love" Vanth laughed.

"Love is just a figment of our imagination. It's not real. If it was we wouldn't have to go through all this pain and suffering would we. After all god's supposed to love us too isn't he. If he really did wouldn't he give us things to make us happy" Vanth said.

"Vanth" I said as tears started to fall from my eyes. "I'm sorry but it's over between us. I can't be in love with someone as.........bad as you" I said.

I would have said evil but that would have really got to him and I didn't want to be mean and hurt his feelings. That was the last thing he needed right now. I ran outside then and cried as I continued to fight for our freedom. We won but for me it felt like no victory.

We all found a way to get free. Vanth stayed though and that was the last time I saw him. For a little while anyway.
