(Shara's point of veiw)
I grew up in a place where I had plenty of room to play and just be me. My parents really loved me and I spent a lot of time with them. I also had a sister but me and her didn't seem to get along a whole lot. I was the polar oppisite of her. I had a really good time in the palace for the most part however that didn't mean living in the palace was easy or even the preferable way to live.

(Shortly after Vanth has joined the royal family)
(Shara is about 7 years old) (Only 2 years younger then Vanth)
I was called down to mom and dad's office. I was used to this because mom and dad had a lot to take care of when it come to running the kingdom though.
This was one of those times. If they were calling me into the office though I had to make this quick. I was in the office a few minutes after being called in.
"Mom, Dad what is it?" I asked.
"We are sending you to princess school. There you will learn how to be a princess. You'll be staying there for about 6 months and then you'll come back to us. Once you do come back to us we will continue your training here at home" Dad had said.
So I had to pack up my things. I packed what was nececary for the most part. However, there were a couple of things I couldn't part with. The first was my Teddy Bear that I had named, Jane. The second was the blanket I had gotten from my big sister who recently moved to another castle of her own.
Once I had everything packed I was going to be off to the school on my journey to become a princess.
Once I got there the adminastrators took me to my room and I settled in. I wondered what it would be like here. I was both excited and scared simply because it was a new place. So it took me a while to get to sleep. Once I did get to sleep though I slept awesome.

I heard my alarm go off so I knew it was time to get ready. I transformed my outfit until a small blue dress. I didn't know what I liked about blue but I knew it was one of my favorite colors.
After putting on the dress I combed my hair and put it into two small ponytails. Then I put a small tiara on along with my shoes and walked to princess class. I also had a habit of being a bit clusmy too so I sometims thought that maybe I was just born in the wrong era because all the other princess's walked gracefully.
My teachers were really nice and they introduced themselves and told us a little bit about them. Once that was over she began a demonstration as to how classes would begin.
Later that day though a couple of other people arrived at my dorm. Their names were Justin and Janice.
Janice had short brown hair and Justin had short blonde hair.
Janice always tried to smile but every once in a while I would catch her in what I called her true mood inside. After all, she rarely smiled with any real meaning with it and when she wasn't smiling she always looked at the stars for some reason.
Justin on the other hand always smiled. They were just my roomates because they needed a place to stay and they had also gotten a job helping to keep the rooms of the princess's clean.
We talked that first night together though and we became really good friends.

(11 years later)
I was dressed and ready to have a ball tonight to try and find a suitor for me. I was 18 years old now though and because I was I needed to choose who would be my prince and if I didn't decide on a prince my parents would have to choose for me.
It would start in about 20 minutes and already tonight was going to be hard. I had to keep my posture up and this dress was already unconfortable. Just for once I would like to wear regular clothes. I bet they were a lot more comfortable that the kinds of outfits I had to wear.
I looked at myself in the mirror though with my half brown and half blonde long hair and thought this isn't the real me. I didn't want to find a prince tonight though because they would never know that the real me wasn't like this. They would always have high expectations of me.
I could excape but then Justin and Janice would be worried. Janice and Justin were now a part of the palace because they were part of the concil when an important decision needed to be made when I became queen. Uh. I wasn't ready to be queen. I hadn't even had the chance to live a normal life really because I was so busy learning how to be a princess. I wanted to live a normal life more then anything else.
I sighed because I knew I wouldn't be able to put this off any longer.
I tried to walk down the steps carefully but tripped on the last step. I wasn't expecting anyone to help me though but I found my hand in another guys hand.
"You should be a little more careful" a guy with blue hair and red eyes said. I got lost in his eyes though and words had left me.
However, Janice broke my attention and said "We should greet some of the princes now"
I noticed the guy that had saved me looked down and walked a little ways away then.
"What's your beef with him?" I asked.
"I don't want to get into it now. You shouldn't trust him though. I don't care how good he seems to be at first. He's a monster" Janice said.
"You sound like you knew him personally" I suggested.
"Well......I thought I knew him. It was a long time ago" Janice told me.
I wondered what she meant by that. There was just something that drew my attention to him though. Something was telling me to follow her advice but at the same time I wanted to get to know him. I knew it was already much too late to follow her advice though. It was just the mystery he seemed to present himself with. His eyes were also very mesmorizing.
I was then reminded of why I was here when someone moved there hands in front of my eyes to get my attention. So this day of gretting princes began.
