Shara and Vanth's first breakfeast together

I woke up in the afternoon to a strange looking place. It took me a second to realize that I was in Vanth's place. 

"So you finally woke up huh? Come on, I never showed you to your room last night" Vanth said. I followed him and surprisingly the room looked really normal. 

"Wow, it's so beautiful and wonderful. Thank you Vanth" I said with a slight blush on my face. 

"Well I thought about it and I guess you would be more comfortable with something that looks more like this" he said. 

"Are we going back to assuming how things should be now?" I asked. 

"Well your the princess. Shouldn't you be into all the expensive stuff. The dresses and the makeup" Vanth said. 

"Oh, please if I had a choice I wouldn't wear another dress in my life" I said. 

"And your wearing a dress now because......." Vanth asked. 

"Habit" I answered. 

He laughed softly but then he stopped himself from laughing a second later. 

"Anyways, you can go anywhere you want in the castle except for the top floor. That is a place where only I can go in" Vanth told me. 

"Why? What's up there?" I asked. 

"Just don't go up there" Vanth said. 

I nodded then. 

Vanth then gave me a tour of the castle and when he was finushed he asked "So where would you like to eat?" 

"Um......I've heard of this place Waffle house. I'd like to try it some time" I said. 

"Wait you actually want civilan food. You a work of art aren't you" Vanth said. 

Then he made a waffle appear along with a drink from Waffle House and set it on the table. 

"Wait........we aren't going out and eating at waffle house?" I asked. 

"Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. Your not allowed to leave here until your three months is up unless I give you permission. Just taking precautions is all" Vanth said. 

"Precautions for what!" I said raising my voice at him. 

"That you stay" Vanth said. 

"I thought you wanted me to stay away" I asked confushed. 

"It's kind of hard to in this situation, Princess" Vanth said. He also said princess in a tone that I didn't take too kindly to. 

"I promise I'd come back but can't we go to waffle house?" I asked him. 

"No" Vanth wispered. 

"Why not!" I asked. 

"Look you need this to work for your kingdom so arguing isn't the best place to start" Vanth said. 

"You know what, I'm not hungry anymore!" I yelled at him. I went to my room and slammed the door. Once I did I sat on my bed and started to cry again.

She went upstairs and slammed the door. Was it something I said? It had been so long since I've really been outside though that I lost my touch with people sometimes. I felt as though maybe I should say sorry. Or at least that part of me I thought I'd buried as a kid did. 

I decided to go to her room and try to make things right so I walked to her room and was about to knock on the door when I heard a sound. It sounded like she was........crying. 

"Hey, you okay? I didn't mean to make you cry. I'm sorry if I said anything wrong or something that upset you. It's just it's been a while since I've really talked to anyone and I also don't really know how to do this whole dating thing" I apoligized. 

"I'm okay. Just give me some time for me please" Shara asked then. 

"Oh. Okay" I said as I walked away from the door. 

I thought of what I said for a really long time and after reviewing the conversation a few times I figured out where I messed up. If only there was a way to make up for it. 

I sighed and realized that I needed advice. Where could I get some advice? Then I thought of an old friend of mine. Janice! She'd totally be able to help. That is if she was willing to talk to me. 

Maybe I should try fixing this on my own. Then I had an idea. I could always take her out to do some things. I bet that would be fun for her. After all she was a princess. Maybe all she ever wanted was a normal childhood. Maybe, just maybe I could give that to her. 

So I looked online some places to go to and decided upon what to ask her she wanted to do together. I waited for her to come out of her room. She didn't come out at lunch time and she didn't come out for dinner time either. 

I really made a mess of things and it had only been one day. I decided that as long as me and her were together she could go outside of the castle but not on her own. I went to sleep though to get a good night's rest so that I was ready for tomorrow if I could convice her to go out with me anywhere.
