The nap Nightmare took was about 4 hours long, and he was glad because there was basically nothing better to around the AU. All Nightmare did was nap lately. He couldn't talk to anyone because of their fears that were growing of him. He found that quite ridiculous. Who would be afraid of a handsome young skeleton, the prince of Dreamtale, with the richest purple and golden suit anyone could find? Well, it sure was boring here. Nightmare decided to go get some lunch for the fun of it and jumped off the Dream Tree's dark side. He shielded his eyes from the light that poured onto everything touchable as he raced across the luscious green grass towards the castle. The starry and moon flags blew in the wind Nightmare created when he ran by. He stopped running when some of the villagers who were actually nice to Nightmare were in sight. "Good day to you, your Majesty," the bunny in the maroon apron greeted Nightmare. "Good day to you too, Mrs. Chal. Her son, a younger tan rabbit monster waved at him with a silent, quick gaze. "Hello, George," Nightmare said politely to him, bowing his head. The little rabbit looked down with a small smile. Nightmare also bowed his head to Mrs. Chal and went on through the castle to the dining room, where his guardian was sitting. "Ah, Nightmare," he said, looking up. "You've arrived. You're late. And stand up straight, that's horrid posture." "Sorry, Goldentalon," Nightmare responded, pulling himself up. "I came for some food." "Of course you did," Goldentalon said, glaring at him. "Take a seat, Nightmare." Sometimes Nightmare wished that his guardian called him sir instead. He felt like that was the reason he was disrespected. "I have to tell you a quick something before you disappear before my eyes again," Goldentalon said. "How nice," Nightmare said impatiently. "Nightmare." "What?" "Your coronation will be in two days.

Dream had seen nothing more beautiful than the stars that came up every night. He ran across the field, used the Dream Tree as a boost and ran across the roots, jumping off of them and then racing up the hill that was closest to the stars. One star was blood red, another was green, another light blue, and one pink. Dream looked further down and squinted. That was a big star... No, that wasn't a star. That was an... Island? Another round island in the sky! Dream looked closer and... Without a doubt, saw another being sitting on it, with a large object next to them, which looked like a gaster blaster! Oh wow! Another Sans! Another- And then Dream saw it. The tales were true... Ink Sans was coming towards Dreamtale.

He had suffered through years and years, and there had been no hope for him. But now he was free, without a soul, but without a complete story. Wasn't there something out there in the Multiverse, in the Universe...? There had to be. Another being. Another being created by the creators of the Anti-Void and Ink. "Well, should I go exploring, my blaster?" The giant skeletal blaster looked down at Ink and tilted sideways. "You're right, I should stay here..." The gaster blaster narrowed its orange and pink eyes towards something in the distance, looking away from Ink. "What is it, boy?" Ink followed its gaze slowly and found himself looking straight at an AU floating... towards them, and there was a figure sitting on the edge of it, gazing at the part of the sky behind Ink where the stars were appearing. "What in the name of the creators?" Ink gasped.
