Blissful and soothing wind flew along side Paperjam as he raced ahead his parents in the field of bright green grass and light gold flowers toward the trees and sounds of birds and a stream of water. "Looks like he's already at home," Error guessed out loud. "Yeah, and I'm glad," Ink said with a smile. "Me too." As they followed him into the forest, ladybugs flew past them and landed on a nearby fern. Soon enough, the three of them reached a small pong that the stream connected to. No one said anything for a while, but soon after Paperjam stared into the water for a while, he noticed a pattern forming in the water. "Hey, look! What's it mean?" He asked, waving to Ink and Error behind him. Ink kneeled down next to him and looked at the water. "I don't see anything, what do you see?" He asked. "Um... It looks like... an angel! And it's really pretty and it's looking at me with a smile." "Wow. You're very special, Paperjam." "I am?" He asked. "Yes, so now what do you want to do?" "Go see Mr. Dream and Mr. Cross? Maybe visit Mr. Nightmare too!" "Sure. Let's go, Error!" They all teleported away.
"When will you return?" Frisk asked. "In two years. Goodbye, everyone." Nightmare disappeared behind the clouds. "Brother!" Dream shouted. He didn't chase him, just watched him run off. "I'm sorry, Dream. You'll see him again," Cross reassuringly said to him with a sad smile. "He was a nice person, he just needs time to himself for a while." Goth ran over to a portal that appeared behind them and waved at Paperjam, Ink, and Error, who all had stepped out from the portal. "Oh, hello, you guys!" Dream said. "You missed Nightmare's invitation to himself leaving. I guess he needs alone time." "Oh, we're sorry, Dream," Ink said. "We could have been here if you called me. Oh well, I hope your brother's okay." Goth and Paperjam ran off to the other side of the large lobby of the house, Frisk trailing behind them. "Well, should we have dinner with you guys? That would be fun, and Lucid needs to make friends," Dream said. "Yeah, sure! Error, you okay with that?" Ink asked. "Yeah, sure."
Times were different now, but for the better, and hopefully that wouldn't change.
So, for the story to end, let me wish you a merry Christmas to everyone who has read my story. I appreciate you all so much. Thank you.
