Sean and Kaycee practically made it through the slippery pavement. Looking back, it didn't actually looked that far.

As soon as Sean took his final step out of the slippery pavement, he quickly helped Kaycee take her last few steps making sure she doesn't slip, again.

After passing through the long pavement, she noticed that Sean was still holding her hand.

Uhmmmm,... okay? Kaycee hesitated to let go. Both of them knew they didn't want to let go. Different thoughts was running through her mind. She felt like her head was gonna explode! She took a deep breath and closed her eyes for a few seconds.

I should let go. I shouldn't be doing this. Kaycee thought to herself. She let go of his hand, at that exact moment, she started to realize that she was wet from the rain. She looked around and heard the sound of the rain, pouring. Isn't it weird that the moment they let go of their hands, they start to realize the world around them? Odd.

Sean didn't know what to say or even think at first. Does that mean she didn't like the idea of it? He noticed that she was looking everywhere but at his direction. She started to cross her arms trying to stay warm from the cold rain. At the sight of this, he hurriedly went to his car and opened the driver seat. Kaycee saw him reach for something and started to move closer to him. A second later, she saw him pull out a coat and put it around her so she wouldn't be wet as much. Without a word, Sean opened the trunk and grabbed his big heavy backpack and another box.

"Give me the box" Kaycee said

"Are you sure?" Sean asked

"I have to help" She replied carrying the box. It was nothing she couldn't handle really.

It took some time for them to get back to the house, but as soon as they got there, they were drenched.

"God, where did you two go?" Tahani asked

"And what took you so long?" Bailey added

"I hope you two weren't canoodling at the back of his car" Will joked which he instantly earned glares from everyone

"I better go freshen up" Kaycee said breaking the awkward silence and heading upstairs

"You should freshen up too.." Bailey said looking up and down and at how horrible he looks right now

"Right" He said also heading upstairs.

As he went up the stairs, his mind was full of thoughts.

Maybe she just doesn't like me back? Wai-what? I don't even like her! How could she even like me back?! There's no way in hell she'd-

The last thing he knew was he heard a girl shriek.

~

Kaycee was up in the girls room. God, my hair is starting to friz up again.

She started to grab some clothes and take-off her shirt. When suddenly, she heard someone open the door, she turned around and saw Sean looking at the floor but she instantly shrieked

"Uhhh..." He started to say as Kaycee quickly covered herself up with another shirt

"Don't look!" She said sternly as she put on her shirt

"What's going on?!" Kaycee's father asked holding up a frying pan with her Mom and their friends following behind

"Uhh" Sean flushed red and Kaycee didn't want him to get in trouble sooo..

"There was an insect! It-uhh burrowed itself through my hair and I screamed and I panicked! Luckily Sean heard me and opened the door and-and it-it flew away!" Kaycee explained
